I want to password protect my resume I perpared in Microsoft Publisher. Are
there any tool in publisher that would allow me to do this?
I love Publisher however I would never recommend a resume in Publisher
format. Most places will not be able to read it. I'm looking for a job now
myself and I have yet to see an employee that says they will accept a .pub
file. All I see are requests for .doc or .txt files. Anything else is

set up formulas to count how many units Joe has completed, or has
pending or at beta, and this means assessing data in both columns -
which COUNTIF won't do.

How can I create a brochure from a blank document?
The operative word here is "create." If you are going to create from a blank
document, that is what you do. You use as many of the facilities of the
program as you need to create your brochure.
There are many options available when you choose New from the File drop down
menu. In Publisher 2003, expand Publications for Print and choose
brouchures. Select and modify the one that you like.
Further help may come along when you provide the version that you are using.
