Why don't my qquestions get answered

Ok,

I am a Standard Plan A subscriber. I was told that if my questions to not
get answered within 48 hours, that I would receive a reponse from a MS Tech
about my problem. I have made numerous post, and have not had all of them
answered. I have made numerous post about the same item and have not had
them answered.

Is there anyone out there from MS that can explain this to me. I feel that
Standard Plan A has been a waste of money.

Thanks

You must associate your posting e-mail address with your customer source
profiles e-mail address? That is the only way they know who to reply to.

My email address is associated with my customer source address. Any other
ideas anyone might have?

Thanks,

you know what sucks about having to use your customersource email in this

Thanks Todd,

I do see my email address in there. I have changed my Outlook Express
settings to reflect the use of nick@realkiteboarding.com. Hopefully this
will resolve the problem I am having.

I am able to use Outlook Express instead of just the web news reader
correct?

Thanks,
Nick

hi,
i've replied to this particular posting twice and can't figure out why my
postings never show up. i'm wondering if my Outlook Express is acting funny
or if my posting was removed. i've posted to this newsgroup plenty of times
with no issues so it's just confusing to me. if someone removed my posting
could they please notify me and why? or maybe key me into what may be going
wrong?

thanks,
kamal

how you get the sum by using the mouse
sorry in advance but not sure which forum to put this in. I used to be able to highlight an area of spreadsheet with the mouse and in the bottom right corner it would say "SUM= the value of all the entries in the cells." Since i came back my holidays someones messed about with it nad now it says "COUNT=the number of cells with values within the chosen range" Its pretty annoying now as i found the SUM function better for my job because I sometimes need rough values and can just highlight the area or pick certain values using the control key. I've tried looking a...

Getting Started Pane
Hi there Excel 2003 opens a Getting Started pane on the right hand side. Each time I close it manually. Is there a way to stop this pane from loading. Thanks Michael Pesky, isn't it? Here's how to make it go away forever: On the Tools menu, click on Options On the View tab, uncheck the 'Startup Task Pane' checkbox Done! If you should ever decide you miss it and want to see it again, believe there's an option on the View menu that will re-enable it. Hope this helps, - Ro -- cell divisio ----------------------------------------------------------------------- cel...

You can call GetDC, but that is poor design and probably won't work the way you intend. Painting in OnUpdate will be lost after the window is minimized/restored or covered/uncovered. The default OnUpdate solves this problem by calling Invalidate(). Then the painting is done in the resulting OnDraw,...

Options Symbols get recycled annually
Hi, Has anyone else had this problem and is there a solution: Money 2006 I have a stock that I frequently sell options on. Options symbols are reused on an annual basis. For example on KLAC the April 50 Call is always ..KCQDJ. This symbol is resued from one year to the next. My problem occurs when I download the statements from my broker. Since I purchased and sold the same symbol last year, it won't let me reuse the symbol Any suggestions?
