hello i have a client who has rms 1.3, they recently changed their hardware a Optiplex 760 with sp3 and after reinstalling rms 1.3 and plugging the dongle it returns with a blue screen >please help

HI Dave, At this point it would be best to upgrade to 2.0 1.3 is no longer supported and your issue could be very difficult to diagnose. If that is not an option, then I recommend that you completely uninstall all OPOS Drivers, Dongle driver, SQL and RMS. Start over and test each step as you go along. There is an updated dongle driver available also, which may be more compatible with the newer hardware and operating system. Regarding the OS, what is this computer running? It makes a difference. Apply all MS updates before you begin again. I set up a money file on my laptop a few years ago and I originally assigned a password to protect access to it. I subsequently took away the password and can now access the the file on my laptop without the password. I now have a new desktop and I want to transfer the file to it. The problem is that when I seek to import or restore a backup made from my laptop it looks for a password even though when I use money on my laptop no password is required. hi, When i changed to cached mode in outlook 2003, and happened to work offline, i noticed that although after doing a send/receive all after connecting back online, the number of emails in my offline folder and in the server are different. Hi, When I am installing CRM 1.2 on a CRM 1.0 server , I get an error saying that 'You may need to reset Crystal Admin passowrd.' or that my system doesnt meet the requirements for 1.2 But I tried to reset the Crystal pw using the tool on 1.2 CD. But it fails with a System.security.exception. Also I have installed SP3 for sql server2000 on my the server. But I am unable to install SP3a as specified in the Imp. guide for 1.2. When I edit my email signature in Word I can insert tabs to format each line as I would like. However, as soon as I return to Outlook the tabs are removed from the signature and the text is no longer aligned correctly. Any ideas? I have cracked the list in a cell using the cell validation. I have a list of around 30 which is a bit long and could be type in as quick as scroll to find it. Can I do something like this and if so, any pointers please :-) If in A1 I put room 1, can I have a validation from a certain named range (which will mean about 5-8 choices) to selected in B1 then in A4 I put room 2 then a different named range (which will mean about 4-7 choices) will be available in B4. and so on... Tentative to Busy issue with Resources
In Outlook 2007; I set up a calendar appointment and invite a resource (in this case a meeting room). I schedule the meeting as Tentative (found in the Event Tab and Options group). When I go back later to the appointment I created, I change the status (from Tentative) to Busy and Send an Update. My appointment shows as Busy on my calendar, but the Resource still shows as Tentative. Is this a bug, normal behavior or known issue w/o a solution? Then I changed the data to read: Marketing Dept Sales Dept Shipping Dept and performed a Refresh Data. Now, on the filter pulldowns on any of the Pivot tables, I see Marketing Department Sales Department Shipping Department Marketing Dept Sales Dept Shipping Dept The first three option no longer exist in any of the data, and I do not want them in the list. The chart gets its data from column K on another worksheet. Excel macros page breaks but not on row 1 and column value in footer
Hi, I have seen some posts that are similar, but no one seems to have the problem that I am having. I will post my macro in this, for anyone that is interested. My users get a csv file every month, and we have to clean it up. This macro does that. My last issues are this: 1) having the spreadsheet create page breaks whenever the value in column B changes. I'm sure this has been answered before but nothing I've read here has helped me. I had a chart in a workbook I made in Excel 2003. Worked fine until I "upgraded" to 2007. The chart gets its data from column K on another worksheet. In 2003, it was: Series Y Values: =Table!$K$4:$K$60000 This worked fine in 2003, but in 2007 it seems to be trying to calculate ALL those extra rows.
