counting a reoccuring pattern within column #2
you got me on the right track and i figured something out, but i'm not
sure how elegant it is. not sure if you care, but here's what i did.
i wrote an array formula. the pattern i was looking for was the
nonconsecutive five-number pattern "4,1,3,2,4". I wanted to see how
many times it appeared in a column. so, i copied and pasted that
column five times across columns L through P deleting the top cell from
each consecutive column in addition to those deleted from the former.
so, column L had 45 cells, M had 44, N had 43, etc. then i wrote this

Sometimes, but not always, the emails I send don't
appear in Sent Items immediately. Usually, they go
into Outbox for a second or two then they're in the
Sent Items folder. Sometimes though, they go into
the Outbox for a second or two, then they disappear
completely. I'm left wondering if they've been sent or
not. When I have this condition, every email does
this. My Sent Items remains empty. If I close Outlook
and then reopen it, there they all are - all the emails
that should have been visible earlier. I know they're
all being sent properly - they arrive at their recipien...change where sent messages are saved
Is it possible to change the folder where sent messages
are saved in outlook 2002? I want to make this change for
all sent messages and not just set on a message by message
basis using options. I know this can be done for drafts
and inbox, but I can't figure it our for sent items.

I have multiple worksheets, more than 200 of them, and i wanted to summarize
some cells in to one sheet, I know how to do it by entering the code manually
(='7'!$D2), this shows cell d2 in sheet 7, but is there a function to do that
like drag or something?

I have a picture that is in an Excel worksheet. I can see the handles
and if I move the handles some, the picture will show up. However, it
will not show up in print preview at all or page break preview. I can
open the same file on another computer and it will show up fine.

financial data. what I need to know is How do I get the financial data
totals from work sheet 1 to auto-populate into worksheet # 2, from worksheet
#2 to #3, etc. ?

You're using the union operator (,) which requires that all arguments be

or create a Distribution list Named Recipient List using your email as the

Outlook has no built-in ability to do that at send time, although you can
create a rule that will and run it manually on the folder. You may be able to
use custom code. See if http://www.outlookcode.com/ contains any examples.

Complete newbie so please bear with me.
Basically I've been given a worksheet that uses columns A to BT and although
the columns are quite narrow, ie a lot have a single value in them, when I
try and print this doc in 0.5 margins A4 landscape using the format 1 page
wide and 2 tall I get all of the data, but its far too small to read.
I'm not bothered if the rows go on multiple pages, current worksheet uses 83
rows, but I need all my columns to show.
