is there a Paid Out report for Headquarters?
I tried to use the one posted here a while back but it doubled each
transaction. what went wrong?

I am migrating from my old XP PC the a new Windows 7 64bit one. I have
carried out a fresh install of Office and migrated all my old .pst files
successfully. I downloaded and installed the Outlook tool from the internet
and it has installed successfully.
When I open backup I have given the new location for my backup files. When
I close Outlook I am prompted to save my backup, but when I do it say that it
cannot find the location. The problem is that the location it cannot find is
the one from the old machine which does not exist on the new one. When I

I a trying to share out one of my users calendar, something I have done
countless times before, but this time it is giving me an error. We have
Outlook 2002 SP2 running on NT Workstation 4 SP6, I am able to set
permissions on the calendar itself, but when go to set permissions on the
"Mailbox - User" it gives me "The modified permission could not be saved.
The client operation failed." Any suggestions?

I have my primary table called Projects with headers as follows:
Projects ID, Project Name, Project Leader ID
And I have a second table called Project Leaders which stores Project
Leader ID as the primary key with headers as follows:
Project Leader ID, Project Leader Name
I am trying to create a Project Entry Form that displays and has a
drop down of the Project Leader Names, but stores the Project Leader
ID in the Projects Table.

We are using MS RMS at 14 stores and have an HQ database where item details
We use the Cost Update Worksheet to update item costs at the stores. The
worksheet is reported as having processed successfully.
However half the stores are showing the old cost and half showing the new
cost (as reported in the ITEMDYNAMIC table through the "snapshot").
What might cause different stores to have different costs?
(The item ID's are all okay so there appears to be no database integrity

I currently messed up with the HQ database.
Since I still have an optimized database on my store, I would like to know
if it is possible to import item and sales data into my "NEW HQ".
I tried to sync it to the "NEW HQ" but RMS would not permit me because the
store database is "flagged" to the "OLD HQ"

I am grabbing data out of a database and wanting to put it into cell
A1. I do not seem to be able to make it add Chinese characters. I
have all the Chinese fonts on etc and can add characters if I am using
excel but not when I open the excel file using ASP.
When I try using unicode from the database I get the &#H1234 etc
Rather than the characters.
I need to be able to grab a string of Traditional Chinese and dump it
to Excel and have it display in chinese there.

report that works at Store Operations but not HQ.
If you know how, use Excel to do a SQL query on the BATCH table in HQ. Or
just do it in HQ Administrator.

list each [CertificateNo] that is marked [Registered (Yes)]. Registered
column is Yes/No.
I made a query but the wizard will not let me find the record based on the
query. I tried changing the Row Source in Properties to my query named
[Registered Certificates] but, alas no luck.

Hi . I am starting to have some problems in one of my clients. They have a
location that run 18 stores running HQ r 1.2. Suddenly for some odd reason
everytime the stores connect, create an incredible amount of connections
(sometimes reaching 200 connections process) giving a hige degradation of

I have a user who tried to post payables checks to a closed period. They
didn't tell me about it until after they had clicked through the error. The
batch is showing a status of remittance processing. It doesn't show up under
post checks or print checks but it does show up under edit checks. Nothing
shows up under batch recovery. Is there a way to force the transactions on
through? They have already mailed the checks so we don't have the option of
voiding them somehow and redoing them.

below where it can add the amounts from Criteria 1 to
Criteria 3. I did think of VLookups and Sumifs formula's
but would come up to $80k instead of the $150k I am
looking for. Hope this all makes sense. Or if the IF
