Right Filling A Formula Whilst Keeping A Static Column
I have a large worksheet with in excess of 100 rows and 100 columns. In
each cell of column C, I have a constant that I need to use as part of
the formula applicable to columns D, E, etc. For example; =SUM(C7*D7).
I would like to fill right across all subsequent columns so as the
formulas are =SUM(C7*E7), =SUM(C7*F7), etc. Alas, what happens is that
I am getting =SUM(D7*E7), =SUM(E7*F7), etc.

After each document prints another sheet prints which has the filename,
directory,title, subject, author, creation date, last saved on, total editing
time, last printed on. These are just some of the items that print on this
one sheet of paper. Can anyone help me?

I have a spreadsheet which contains employee information including job
skills. My problem is that each skill (cook,candlemaker, etc.)creates a new
row for that employee, duplicating fields that don't change, name, ss#,etc
with the only new info in the row being the skill
What I want is 1 row for each employee with the last column containing all
the skills in a text box or separated by commas. Is there an easy way to do
this in Excel? Or even Access?

You are probably going to need to create a custom SQL Server Report to
get what you need. Or you can create a mail merge via MS word and
access a CRM Table or View using ODBC. Post what you need exactly and
you might get some more specific direction, or possibly someone has
what you need already.

I have a basic excel template used for ordering parts. It runs from A1:N250
and I can print easily repeating rows 1:11 on each page (contains job details)
. Trouble is sometimes there may only be 10 part numbers requiring only first
page and I finish up throwing away trees by printing entire sheet! I know I
can reset print area each time am setting this up on Sharepoint for multi
users and need a macro/button to recognise number of items and print

Hello, I have a networking question. I have a print device with a
static IP address on one network. A computer on another network can
connect to the printer (NBT is enabled and so is LPR) and the drivers
are installed but cannot print. I know this is correct behavior but
want to know in detail why it seems to half work. I am guessing it
has to do with port 138,139 and 515 but not positive. Probably a
better question to ask a networking forum but hey.

I am producing a 50 to 60 page booklet using Pubisher
2003. The page format will be using 8.5 x 11 paper
folded in half. I need to print both sides of the
paper. How do I print the booklet so that I print half
the project on one side of the paper and the other half
on the back. Will publisher keep track of the pages so
that for example; that page 2 and page 50 print on the
same side/sheet of paper so when all pages are printed,
folded and bound the book reads correctly.

Tooltips for buttons display only that text which follows \n and corresponds to the prompt
for the identical menu item. Do you have a \n in all tooltip text? Just a guess.

It is possible that you have created your document on a paper size that is
not supported by your printer. Try changing your paper size to 8 1/2 by 11
and see if the print options are more to your liking.

Without knowing all of the specifics, I would say that your best bet for
success is probably to gather the data, save the .xls file (with the new
data), then use Excel's File | Save As feature and select the
CSV (comma delimited) ...Add Full Price Total to Receipt

You cannot do this in Publisher, however, your printer driver may have a
feature that adds this functionality.
I believe FinePrint 2000 (www.fineprint.com) can do this - it acts as an

I am printing a two months per legal paper. Everything works fine. There is
one thing I need and I suspect others need it too. Outlook 2003 allowed 8
lines of print with 6 point font in each day. Outlook 2007 only allows 6
lines because of the rounded corner color box surrounding each appointment.
I need more lines visible. Is there an option to shrink the box size so as
to be tighter to the text? It leaves too much space above and below the text
