Trouble Setting Up Accounts for Online Updates
Has anyone else been having problems getting online updates on their
existing accounts and/or setting up new accounts for online updates? I've
been getting "Updates are temporarily unavailable" and "Account setup
temporarily unavailable" messages for their respective cases for more than 19
It would be useful if you would indicate which version of the program you're
using and in which country you're in.
There IS a problem with downloading stock quotes from the Canadian quote
server right now, using the Canadian versions of Quic...Crystal Reports does not work
I will appreciate if someone can give me a hint, why
sudenly I can not see any of the reports. I get the error:
Information is needed before this report can be processed.
If you search the knowledgebase there are a number of articles on why you

I have to look at debits and credits spit out by in the form of a database
query. For whatever reason, the query results are basically split into
quadrants like 1 & 2 on the top and 3 & 4 directly underneath. Data appears
only in quadrant 2 (upper right) and 3 (lower left), on a sheet named
‘Sheet1’. For the most part all debits are perfectly offset with matching
credits and all credits are perfectly offset with matching debits . . .

I'm working on several reports in an Access database and need some advice.
I have three reports that are all based on a series of queries, and only the
last one is specific to each report. It starts with a broad select query,
then queries those results to reformat some data, then queries those results
as a totals query and finally the report specific query runs to filter those
results down to only that necessary for that specific report. I've built a
macro to run all three reports, but each report calls all the underlying
queries to be run. Because of the redundant querying, ...If Statements...

probably guess what I am trying to do..but if not, here's what I'm
trying to accomplish.
If the sum of e6 equals any number from 20040101 to 20040331 then

...Why the resource units are being changed after reporting the work
We are working with project server 2007 SP2
I have a resource that has 3 tasks
His project manager plan for him 3 tasks for 2 month
On the first tasks he was planned with 35% units
On the second task he was planned with 25% units
On the third task he was planned with 40% units
The resource updates his progress via the PWA reporting his actual work.
His status manager approves the updates via the PWA.
When opening the project plan via the project professional the units you can
see that the units next to the resource name have been changed.
We are working with fixed units.
We are using CRM 3.0 and we need to use the sales pipeline report but for
some reason the sales stage axis of the chart is blank and is displayed as
"not specified" on the diagram. We have defined the sales stages already and
we have assigned sales stages for each opportunity record we have in CRM. Do
we have to creare a sales process in order to use this report? Currently we
do not have a sales process configured. I though that might be the reason why
the report is not displayed properly. I have read the previous postings about
this subject but there wasn't...Report

I have a new install of CRM 1.2 on a windows 200 advanced server and
have not been able to display reports through either the outlook
client or IE6
I get an error that reads "An error has occured. For more
information, contact your system administrator" Try Again or Cancel.
Any suggestions would be helpful.
Can you access Microsoft CRM at all? Have you added a CRM license to your
Microsoft CRM administator. Also check the crystal services are runnin on
the Microsoft CRM web server

We are receiving an error message when trying to delete some GL accounts -
this account has a balance or YTD activity and cannot be deleted. The
account has had no activity for several years and has been inactivated. We
just processed our year end and a BBF of zero was brought forward. Do we
need to Remove Account History before we can delete these accoutns?
Yes, you need to delete history. To delete an account it must meet
the following conditions -
1. No balance
2. No activity for an open period
3. No history amounts
4. Not part of an allocation account

How do I include field names in the filename of a report that gets
output to an RTF file? Have a confirmation report that's sent as RTF
via email attachment and want the individual's first/last name to
automatically be included in the report's file name. Base report is
named Confirmation Email, when I use a button/OnOpen event to do:

Are you running Open Item or Balance Forward? You want a Balance Forward
statement but you applied the payments to specific invoices.

For help learning an...Exchange calendar shows up under Exchange account in folder list but not when I hit calendar button
I'm running Entourage 2008 on a Mac 10.6.3. I had to delete my Exchange
account and re-sync everything from scratch (because Entourage's awesome
"database rebuild utility" deleted half my stuff and I didn't want it to
propagate up to the server and delete it there).
Previously, when I added an Exchange account, I would see all of its folders
(including contacts and calendar) on the vertical pane on the left, and when
I click the contacts or calendar icon at the very top left of the window,
I'd get a full-window version of the calendar or contacts list. Oddly...Report Assistance
I recently wrote a report that shows first time customers and the amount of
their purchases. I'd like to add a COUNT of the customers to the report - ie:
54 new customers should show "New Customers - 54" at the top of the report
above the details of the 54 customers. I've tried adding a "GROUPS = 1" in
the ReportSummary section - no luck. I even added another column called COUNT
with a formula of "0 + 1" with a GroupMethod=GroupMethodSum, but when I do I

The Vendor Accounts Master (PM00203) stores the accounts specific to a
vendor. If the vendor does not have any specifically assigned accounts then
the Company Account defaults are selected which are stored in the Posting
Account Master. The Posting Account Master is table SY01100.

I've got a client that needs the data we collect to show up in a certain
order in an excel speadsheet. Instead of my having to rewrite and
reorganized the form that the data is collected I'd like to know if there's a
way for me to export the data in the order they want to see it. Can this be
done using the report tab from access? and if it can how do I go about to do
it? Just to let you know I'm not that experienced in programming and stuff
so I'll need step by step directions. Thanks for your help in advance.

I needed to publish a co-worker's calendar online so an external vendor could
view it (we're using Outlook 2007). She wasn't around, so I just used my Live
account when prompted (stupid, I know). Now she gets prompted several times a
day to log in to my Live account.
I unpublished the calendar and re-published, but it doesn't prompt for a
Live account again; does anyone know how I can change the Live account
associated with this published calendar?

disable/enable a command button based on the value of a text box. The
textbox is formatted to currency. Here's a sample of what I need but
it's not working (I think because of the currency).
