Right now, each patient is identified with their medical record number. We could go and manually input an 001 next to any record with the Medical Record# XXXXXXXXX and 002 for any Medical Record# YYYYYYYYY. But that would take quite a while. Hello, I have a form with a list of items for a shopping list. I have check boxes next to them that add them to the shopping list when selected. How to convert De-limited text file to excel
I have a text file de-limited with tab. I need to convert the same file to excel and use chart options to draw a graph. Though i am able to import the text file in to excel file i am unable to draw graph with that data. Please help me do it. Messed up file permissions, how to fix
I believe my Exchange Server 2003 SP2, installed on Windows 2000 server, was set with Everyone having Full permissions. I recently changed this to limit Everyone to read only permissions, then granted SYSTEM full change permissions (everything but take ownership). Hi Experts, I've learnt that I can go into options (under tools) to de-activate the display of zeros when null values are referenced. But whenever I navigate round the spreadsheet the option reverts to displayng zeros. Is this option a local setting on my pc, or is it part of the spreadsheet, or is it dependent on the worksheet being viewed? Is there a way of de-activating this forever? I want to replace the names in formulas with their cell references. Basically, I want to undo the applying of a name. How can this be accomplished? The reason I need to undo names is that I applied some names that were incorrectly defined as relative columns instead of absolute columns. This caused a lot of unintended cell references to change to the applied name. Although the spreadsheet seems to calculate correctly the applied name is not appropriate.
