shared folder sizeUsing SBS 2003 with XP pro clients. One user hit the 1GB quota on shared
folder. Increased the quota to keep her functional, but when I checked her
portion of the shared folder, it showed less than 300 MB used. Are there
hidden files that can be removed, or is there something on her PC that's
causing this discrepancy?

Please use this BIG WHITE SPACE to give us as MUCH detail as you possibly
can.
There is no attachment icon; just the file name & it's not clickable

IStorage, IStream and folder copying to ClipboardI have an application which represents the filesystem of a device

copy files to/from using drag/drop or clipboard. Here comes the
problem. I implemented Drag/Drop and Clipboard using CF_FILEDESCRIPTOR

Convert calender into public folderWe have recenctly migrated from GroupWise to Exchange 2003. We had a number
of full accounts setup just for calendar sharing. It seem stupid to have a
full account in Exchange just for the purpose of sharing a calendar. Can the
calendars in these accoutns be converted into public folders and the account
removed?
Not if you want automatic acceptance of meeting requests.
If you just need a shared calendar, and don't care about booking resources,
then by all means create a public folder of type calendar. If nothing else,
you should investigate to see if that will meet your needs.

Can't open attachments in Public FoldersHi, this is a recent problem. I can't open attachements in

I've logged into Outlook on a co-workers machine and can

Need to Print Folder List in Outlook 2003You used to be able to do this in Outlook 2000, but apprently not in 2003.
I have several hundred folders in a PST file (each folder is a client) I
need to print out a list of all those folders and give it my secretary so she
can do some data entry with it.
Now in Windows Explorer there are several command prompt things I could do

Sure I could print screen the outlook window and then dump the image in word
but that would take forever.
So basically I need to print out the directory structu...

as a secondary PST and then share this file with your wife. You should

Moving a worksheet into another folderVersion: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard)
I need to move a worksheet file from one folder into another. With previous versions of Excel, I could use File - Open, get to the current folder, highlight the file, right click and cut the file and paste it into the new folder. I can't do this with 2008. I also tried to drag it, but that didn't work. The only way I found to do this was to go to Documents on the Dock and select the worksheet and then move it to the new folder. Takes much longer. Any ideas?

I have under my Inbox a large group of Subfolders.
I want to give an other user rights in the folder.
2) If that person has rights and he copies a new folder in one of mine. Does
that folder inherit the new permissions ?

How to set default fields/columns in folder? In Outlook 2000 running against Exchange 2000, what governs the creation of
the default fields/columns that are displayed when I create a new folder? I
have a user who claims that when he used to create new mail folders (below
the Inbox folder, in his case) the "From" field was included by default, but
any that he has created in the past few weeks have not included that (I
verified this myself).
I have determined that the default fields/columns are NOT inherited from the
parent folder. How can I get this user's (or all users') defaults to
