I know this is an Outlook ng. but I'm using Outlook Express and can't seem to create a rule that copies my sent messages to a particular folder. 2 e-mail addresses in one Account. I want to send the sent messages from the Sent Items folder to another. TB

Error message when deleting a customer
When trying to delete an old customer in QuickSell 2000, I get the error message "this customer cannot be deleted because this customer has open work orders, backorders, quotes or transactions on hold". I've looked in the old manual and tried to do some searches on the internet but I have not come up with any solution. A number of people in my office have developed a problem with Outlook 2000 where they double click an email message to open it in a new window and it hangs. The only thing common to all of them that we are sure of is Smiley Central software. Has anyone else run across this and have a fix for it beyond format and reinstall as simply reinstalling Office 2000 doesn't work? I have been copying folders around to try and organise them better, plus exporting and importing. As a result, I now have 2 or 3 copies of some messages. Sent Email Disappears
We are using Outlook 2002: SP2 and Exchange 2000: SP3 running on a Windows 2000 server: SP4. I have two users who occassionally have their sent email disappear. The email never arrives at it's destination and it does not bounce back as undeliverable. I have emailed from their PC's to certain recipients and the recipient says they never receive the email. I can go to the user next door and email the same people and they receive the email just fine. When I look at the Exchange server, the email leaves the building just fine with no error messages. OK, this is the reverse of what most people complain about... I have a user who does NOT want a copy saved to her Sent Items folder. "Save copies of messages in Sent Items folder" is NOT checked. She says not all messages get a copy in Sent Items, but some do. File is locked for editing message
I have excell 2007 and when I try to open a non shared file I created in my network share I get a message that the file is locked for editing. Hi all. When a user sends ane mail to an unknown recipient on the exchange server they get an UNDELIVERABLE message back from the SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR. My users keep replying to this message to ask why. They then get a failed delivery message because there is no SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR account. Is it possible to change who the UNDELIVERABLE messages come from - i.e. can I make them come from ADMINISTRATOR and not SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR? Any help would me most appreciated! Messages are indented in folders?
I have been using WLM on my desktop running Windows XP for years without any issues. I now have a laptop running Windows 7 with WLM and I'm having problems finding messages in the folders. If two messages from differnt people, sent on different days have the same subject, they end up in a folder linked (indented). The first message received shows up when I sort by date but all additional messages are linked to the first message and are not displayed. If I read a message in the "Quick views" section then try to go back to it in my Inbox, it can be impossible to find....
