Send & Recieve on open
This isn't really a problem so much as an annoyance. Due to some other issues, I recently decided to reformat and reinstall everything. Before, whenever I opened Outlook, it would automatically retrieve all my emails as soon as the program was launched. Now, after the reinstall, when I open Outlook, it will just sit there until I actually click the "Send and Recieve" button. Illegal operation error while printing EXCEL or WORD Files
Hi, I am facing an illegal operation error when i try to print any file from excel (any no. of pages), this happens in stand alone printer as well as a networked printer. When we press the print button, it flashes this message, but still prints, but once the printing is completed, i will have to restart the PC. Due to this error other applications PRINTING also will NOT HAPPEN and the only way out is, restart the PC. can't send anything in Outlook 2002
I just sent a post asking for help because I can no longer send email with attachments. After sending in the post, I went back to Outlook and clicked on the Send/Receive button just to check if I had any new mail. I got the same message: "The operation failed". EXCEL TROUBLESHOOTING #2
I have an excel file (2000 format), that after I made a number of changes is causing me problems when I re-open the file. Windows task manager goes to 100% CPU activity, and i cant do anything within the excel file. However, if I set recalculation to manual before I open the file, all seems fine. I have created a calculation to count the number of people and placed it in the Name Footer: =count([EyNumber]) and called the unbound box, CountNames. When there are no results it returns the #Error message. How can I remove this error message and display a message like, "No Data", or display the true results of a count? I'm hoping someone can help me with this. I have Exchange2k3 SP2 running on a Win2k3 server. Our Exchange Admin is out on medical leave so I am resuming his responsibilities. My problem is I cannot access some of the storage groups using exchange system manager. We have 4 mailbox stores and I get an error trying to access 3 of them. outlook 2003 memory leak? /messages display as"none" and eats up memory
Hi there; When a certian user opens outlook, and clicks on sort by size, half of her e-mails disappear, and "none" is displayed. She said this happened to her at home, except she was on her normal view which is sort by date. The only way that I can recreate the problem is to click on sort by size. If you click on one of the "none's" or even hover the mouse over it, the memory will spike up! I had the performance tab open while I was doing this, and the memory being used was read at 1.46 GB! Hi. We need to delete a few mailboxes on our Exchange 2003 Server. We've deleted the AD acounts but when we go into system nanager and try to choose purge, it's greyed out. Our retention period for deleted mailboxes is 30 days. Can we run the cleanup agent now on the live system to speed up the deletion of the mailboxes? Or is it not recommended? When the application closes, it uses IStorage/IStream to move them into one file (IStorage), from the user's point of view. Hi Folks, I am having a problem with Excel 2007 files losing all formatting (merged cells, colors, borders, and data formatting (99% turns into 0.99)) when I open a file on our office server make edits and then save the new file on the server. Is possible to use libmpeg2.lib in a MFC project (Visual Studio .NET). When I build the solution VS shows me many LNK2019 errors like "unresolved external symbol "void __cdecl mpeg2_cpu_state_init(....
