Junk Mail Filtering
Are there easier, more intuitive ways to filter
adult-content and general junk e-mails within the Organize
features already present in Outlook 2002? Are their
products out their that I can add to the existent system
rather than downloading new stand-alone software packages?
I modified the "filters.txt" file but still am not pleased
with the increasing amount of junk mail I receive.
I feel your pain...I just sent a couple of comments to MS about how poor their SPAM filtering is. Other web mail will flag all bulk email that can be deleted at one time

We have one mailbox that has different email addresses that point to it. We

Then you should ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup.
...Either \ or conditions in rules
Is it possible in Outlook 2003 to create a rule with either \ or conditions,
eg If the message has certain words in the subject line OR if there are
certain words in the body of the message? As far as I can see, you can only
create conditions linked with AND.
In that scenario, you would need to create two separate rules, each with =
the same actions.=20

...Auto Filter not working properly
I have a spreadsheet I received from a co-worker, about 250 rows by 10
columns. The first couple of columns have values in all cells, the last 6 or

applies to the row. I'm trying to filter on the 'X' in several of the
columns, but Excel only seems to be recognizing about the first 6 rows,
because the auto filter does not show the X's if they don't show up in the

Dear Exchange people,
We are using Exchange 2007 and Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007. I have

Running Outlook 2002, I don't seem to have the "message rules" installed. I

Also when right clicking on a message there is "Junk Email" but it results
in a blank submenu.
I seem to be missing the rules wizard. How can I remedy this?
