Re-install Outlook 2002

I am trying to re-install Outlook 2002 for my palm pilot
after a crash. The installation will run until I get the
message - "another version is already installed and must
be uninstalled". The previous version was corrupt and I
was unable to uninstall it. Now when I go into the control
panel to add/remove the uninstall is no longer in the
listed.
Help!

Outlook 2003 refresh feature
Client is WinXP (Sp1) and OfficePro 2003 outlook (sp1). Using neither NAT nor firewall. Incoming messages are not being displayed unless the user clicks on another folder and back to Inbox (very frustrating, considering the user gets dozens of messages a day 'cause of the nature of his work). I have checked the KB for the problem but I have found nothing specific about OL2003 and XP. Other posted messages have either OL2K or XP or some other combination of OS' but nothing that applies directly to my issue. Any ideas? Regards and thanks. Was this one of the articles you read...

Problems with Office apps after archive and install
I had to do an archive and install (without preserving users and network settings) on my G4 (OS 10.2.8), and ever since, I've been unable to get several Office apps to work correctly. In Word, I get an error about not being able to open the Visual Basic Editor, and the custom dictionary being unavailable. In Entourage, I "do not have write access to the application folder." In Excel, there's an error accessing the system registry. I've tried moving things from my previous system folder back into the current system folder, but it only seems to have made things worse. Outlook Oddity
I just did a clean install of WinXP Pro SP2 + all updates on a new harddrive. I then installed Office 2003 and all updates. I then associated my pst file to the new Outlook install. The PST is 81 MB and I straightened out the Contacts, so that they come up correctly for new emails. The problem is...Outlook Today. If I go into customizations and set the checkbox to open to 'Outlook Today', it seems to save, but as soon as I close and reopen, the changes are gone. Also, each time I go through these motions, a new incident of 'Outlook Today' appears under 'Messages'...

Outlook rules wizard replies using From field instead of Reply-To address
This is regarding Outlook 2007 and its rules wizard. We have a mail folder with hundreds of emails that were sent on behalf of people. So the "From" and "Reply-To" are different. We created a rule so that we can reply to all of these people but the rules wizard onto uses the From filed when it processes the messages instead of the Reply-To field. This behavior only happens with the rules wizard, we can go through each email, click reply, and get the Reply-To address just fine. I understand there was an article posted by Microsoft about this issue however it was in 2003. I...

XP Pro SP3
Hello! In a bit of a bind; hoping someone can help me! I have a laptop here that was not logging in correctly - it would log in and immediately log out. Drive showed minor failure, so I did a surface scan and remapped the failing sector. Ran SFC which replaced one file - still wasn't working. So I tried a repair install. Normally, this fixes just about any darn thing. Not this time. On the initial boot afterwards (the black screen with logo), it just hangs. Power down and reboot, it allows log in, then says "windows must be activated before you can log in"...

Outlook 2000 or XP on Exchange 2003 SBS
it appears that the only way Outlook XP and 2000 users can receive their emails is when they highlight an email already in their inbox. For instance, if they are in their Word program and they look into their Outlook, without highlighting an email on their inbox, it would show that they have not receive any emails. However, the moment they highlight an email in their inbox, then they'll receive about 5 emails that appears to have been in some type of queue. It's obvious that they were in there for quite a while because of the time that they were sent. Are these client run...

Thanks Ken Wright but one more question RE saving data from circular references
Thanks heaps for that macro Ken Wright . I have run it and it works. However it loops forever. Can I set it up so that it could save dat from a certain number of iterations? Thanks again Michae -- Message posted from http://www.ExcelForum.com Hi Michael, If you stayed within your thread and did not change the subject Ken would see your reply as a reply to his reply and would see it a lot faster than when you start a new thread. Ken would probably see your post highlighted in RED. Also someone other than Ken might have been able to help you. (not me I avoid anything that hints of circul...

Ron Bovey re: "Trim Selection" in ExcelUtilities
Cells in my Excel spreadsheet appear to be empty. However, when I use Edit/Go To/Special/Blanks, I get "No cells were found". In the past, Ron Bovey suggested going to the WWW.APPROS.COM website, download ExcelUtilities and then use the "Trim Selection" utility to remove the characters that are making the cells not empty. Since then, I've gone to the WWW.APPROS.COM website and downloaded the ASAP Utilities. However, I can seem to find the "Trim Selection" nor any utility that will do the same thing. Help! How do I get invisible lines & borders to re-appear?
In Publisher 2003, table grid lines, text box borders and autoshape borders have become invisible on-screen, although they do print out. Any ideas on how to remedy this? Exchange 2003 stops after installing SP1

There are no events, no pre warnings, it just stops sending and recieving mails, no reaction on mouse and keyboard. Screen is frozen or just blue. Any idea would be welcome. Outlook mail always shows as unread on startup.
I have outlook 2000, when I open outlook all my emails show as unread even if I know I have read them, if I scroll down the email list and backup the screen refreshes and they all turn to read even the email I know I have not read!? I have read a couple of knowledge base articles, they suggested that I could have a problem with a profile or two conflicting settings such as having an exchange mail profile and a pop3 or IMAP, even though the latter was definitely not the case I have deleted the pofile and started from new, this did not solve the problem. I then uninstalled office an...
