If you actually mean what you wrote above, then you'll need a program like

...CRM sync to Outlook
Is there no way to put the Parent company into the Company field in
Outlook? Is there a hack or similar for this?
I have 300+ contacts and no company listed for any pf them. Outlook
syncs to our smartphones and we end up with a list of names rather
than being able to sort them by company.
I've customised the Outlook view to show the Parent field but it seems
a bit daft to not have this in the Company field. Is it possible to
set outlook to copy this value into the Company field or something
does this help?

You may use the ValidationRule and ValidationText of the field in the
table design view. Setting ValidationRule to Len([YourField])>7) will
raise an error in your case.

You can prevent un authorised access by giving a password to open the
workbook itself, so that no one else can open it (Go to Tools, Options and

or you can go to "save as" then "Tools" and "General Options" where you can
