Outlook Exits When going to the Inbox
Weird. Experienced Outlook termination with no warning or message of any kind - it first starts up in the 'outlook today' window, when I click on "inbox" outlook terminates. Wham bam. Of course it's intermittant. Thoughts?

I have a client who needs to send web site links to his clients. However, using Outlook 2002, it only sends the shortcut, a .url file attachment. We have used the Outlook Security form on his Exchange server to allow him to send this attachments. Our concern is that his clients may also be running Outlook 2002 or higher and will have the links blocked. We notice that Outlook 2000 sends not only a shortcut file attachment, but also the actual link, ie http://www.microsoft.com in the text of the message. How can we get Outlook 2002 to do this? I am trying to sync my large address book in Outlook with my phone using Bluetooth. When I open the connection Outlook tells me an application is trying to open Outlook & allows a maximum of 10minutes to get the information it requires. Unfortunately that's not enough time for my phone to sync all the contacts. Hi All You are going to have to bare with me on this, as I can't explain it any other way. In essence, user is using Outlook 2000 (possibly 97 couldn't check at the time) on an XP machine and they have created a number of contacts in the Contacts section of Outlook. Looking for a better tool to do email legal searches against Exchange 2000 and 2003 inboxes. The Outlook search tool is too cumbersome to use when a large number of search terms are required. I have not used exmerge for 2k3 yet but the version for 2000 is also limted and seems to export numbers of email that do not contain the targeted terms. Sifting through the false positives is too time consuming. Is there a utility or other product that will do this? thx ...

I am having difficulty trying to delete an outgoing message in my *Outbox* in Outlook 2003 (running XP Pro). I need to know how to delete the message. At the end of step 4 (of 8 steps), it said "An error has occured which caused the scan to stop. No changes have been made to the scanned file." What to do, now? Help, please. Appointment synchronizing (synching) with Outlook in CRM 3.0
I am trying to figure out when appointments created in CRM should synch to a user's calendar? Should they show up immediately or when the synch interval fires (i.e. every 15 minutes by default). I have seen it act immediately but now am having a user not see it show up even after the user synchs manually. If a user creates an appointment for someone else and can view her shared calendar but the user for whom the appointment is being set doesn't have outlook running should the original user who is looking at the shared calendar see the appointment immediately. I have no banner at the top of my e-mails in Outlook with the message "Some pictures have been blocked to help....Click here to download pictures. " If I receive the e-mail in Vista's Window's mail, I get the banner and can receive the pictures. The pictures come in on my other networked computer with XP.
