Use of MS Dynamics CRM in Utility BillingHello Friendz,
I was wondering if we can easily use Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 for 'Utility
Billing System and Print Presentment'. This also involves use of handheld
devices for reading meters and bill presentment.
In case you know about a better solution for this requirement, please share
that with me.

Wanted: Outlook Expert for Personal AssistanceHello,
I'm looking for an Outlook expert who is willing to provide me with
personal assistance for a couple of problems that I've been having.
Ideally phone assistance would be best, but instant messaging would
also work. I'd like to find someone who really knows his/her stuff and
I will of course be paying for the help.
I've been having various problems with Outlook for the last week and
even after a fresh install received a software exception error forcing
me to shutdown. Additionally, I have a repeating Warning message in my

Office apps closeThe Office 2008 apps keep closing down by themselves! The app closes and then a message comes up asking if I want to Send my problem's information and if I want to Recover my work. What can I do to stop this? Is this because of my Office 2008 intallation or is it my Mac?
Normally, it is caused by broken documents. If someone has been hacking and
chopping in the documents, they can break the internal code so the
application can't read them.
Which format are you using? How were the documents created? Which OS are
you using? Which processor?

MS Office 97 to MS Office 2007
I have been running Office 97 pro on Windows XP because I do not want
to loose the shortcut bar that came with 97.
Thing is that I have been thinking about installing the 2007 version
of Office that I have had but never installed yet for above reasons.
Question is can I install the 2007 version over the 97 version and
have it update the programs but keep the shortcut bar??
I know there are probably other shortcut bars or whatever out there
but as I asked I would rather keep the 97 one if possible.

Outlook 2007 Contacts, Activities tab
Hi, I just found the Activities button for Outlook contacts. It would
be really cool, but for me it's incredibly slow, much slower than when I
do a search for that person using Windows Search.
Do you know if contacts-activities uses -- or can be configured to use
-- Windows Search?
Thanks,

No, it can't. Generally speaking, once it does the search its much faster
for at least the next few days. Because you're searching in a window, you
can go work on other things in Outlook while the search completes.

outlook autosuggestHello. I've just configured a new Desktop for a user. We use pop email with
Outlook 2002. I imported his entire .pst file and it replicated all folders,
contacts etc. on the new desktop. I have autosuggest enabled for email
addresses.
This user depended on the feature that auto suggested addresses he
previously sent mail to, even though the addresses were not in his contact
list. With the new desktop, that information cache is missing, so he can't
auto suggest these previously emailed addresses. Can I tranfer those cached
addresses to the new desktop? Where are they located?
Thanks,

Difference between MS EPM and MS ProjectsWhat is the difference between MS EPM and MS projects
Is it just project server and sharepoint added to MS projects together
called MS EPM?
Yes. EPM is Enterprise Project Management. Microsoft's solution is Project
Professional plus Project Server which in turn uses SharePoint technology.

MS Exange connectionIt deals with Outlook 2003, running under Win XP home:

The second is a remote MS Exchange server. He connects to both via Internet

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

How do I do word count in MS Publisher?
Mike,
Publisher doesn't have a word count; the work-around wound be manually count
the words or you could try copy the text and paste into Word.

Address Word Letter X for Office 2004?I've been unable to get the Address Word Letter X script to work on my new
version of Office 2004.
The Prefs script won't recognize my stationery file (it's grayed out).
Did the revisions for scripting in Office 2004 break the script? Is there a
workaround?
Thanks,

Hi Steven,
What script is this? Did you check macscripter.net to see if a new version
is out? If not, your best bet is probably to go back to the ReadMe on the
script and see if you can email the script writer and ask them about it. Or
you could try opening up the script looking for anything obviously ...
