Magic Folder - "Top of Information Store"

Hi there,

A co-worker accidently move Inbox messages to the "Mailbox - xxxx, yyy"
(Exchange Server) and can't find any of the messages again. Where is this
"Top of Information Store" folder located? If I send a UnRead Message into
that "Mailbox - ", I can see it in "Unread Mail" and the name of the folder
"Top of Information". I can do Advance Find and it can find messages in
that folder, but how do I get into that folder?

Robert

The user should also be able to see the messages in that folder by shutting
down Outlook Today and viewing the folder as a standard MAPI folder. That
can be done by right-clicking on the Outlook Today folder in the folder list
and selecting properties and unchecking show as folder home page in the Home
Page tab.

Mail enabled Public Folders question
I have an issue concerning a mail enabled public folder which was incorrectly set up. The public folder was supposed to be able to receive emails from outside the organization, and once received, the mails would be posted. However, the permissions for Default and Anonymous were set to "none" and so no mails that were sent ended up being posted to the folder. Once this error was discovered, it was corrected. My concern is that of the numerous sent mails which failed to post. Using the Message Tracking Center, you can see that a message was sent, as well as the sender's email ...

Messages Not Saved to Drafts Folder (but to INBOX folder) #3
The "solution" (XCLN: Messages Not Saved to Drafts Folder" (MS Knowledge Base 247813)) merely states that MS Outlook's default is to save messages every 3 minutes to the Drafts folder! As the subject heading of this MS KB 247813 states, however, the problem is that messages ARE NOT being saved to the Drafts folder! The "solution" to my reading seemingly ignores this and offers no "way around" or correction of the problem. This sort of response in MS "Help" is so frustrating. It seems so patently obvious that the "solution" ...

Pub Folder Calendar & Summer Time problem
Hi All, Forgive me if this is a simple question, however shared Calendar folders in Public Folders seem to have a problem with DST changeover. The issue is that all appointments that have been made by a client computer *prior* to the switch to DST later skew forward by an hour when your client computer then moves into DST time. I can't for the life of me figure out the mechanism of this problem as it doesn't occur in private calendars or on email timestamps, and frankly I would have thought all such things would be tracked against UTC time + offset.
