Help! I am inexplicably being changed into the organizer of all meetings on my calendar. So when someone updates or changes their meeting, I can't accept change. We have an administrative secretary, who maintains 3 high level administrator's calendars... we use outlook 2003 with exchange 2003, she opens their shared calendars and edits them... Maybe I'm overlooking a really simple answer... but is there a way she could similarly edit their personal address books (they all use palm pilots and want their own individual contact lists).... View past appointments in Outlook 2007 calendar
Hi, Maybe I am not searching properly, but I am unable to find a solution for this problem. All my past appointments (except recurring meetings) in Outlook 2007 calendar are disappearing. The appointments in the current week and the prior week remain, but all those before that disappear. For example, we are in week3 of November now and the appointments in W3 and W2 of November are visible. Problem Launching Outlook 2000 with Outlook Today as default window

Is there any way to arrange either the calendar or inbox views so that one can see both at the same time? I am constantly getting email requests for mtg times, and having to toggle between two views is inconvenient. While in the In-box, right click on the calendar icon in the Outlook bar and select Open in New window. You can then resize both windows to be side by side. My Work 2.0 Framework Calendar Error
In "My Work" and I go to Calendar we're continuing to get an unexpected error. This is only on one of our clients. Out of four installs this is only happening at one of them. Calendar formatting #2
I'm creating our annual calendar. I created a one-month calendar, then updated the formatting, including the color schemes & the items to which each main or accent color is assigned and the "styles & formatting" for text, then I selected "synchronize formatting" as instructed in the help files, and after all of that was done, I changed the date range to create a year's worth of calendars. Not only do the changes not synchronize, but the next months show up with a variety of differing text styles, and accent colors... to make things even more frustr...

Calendar Problems
I'm using Exchange 2003, I have a user that can schedule meetings, invite people send emails and everything without a problem. Our secretary wants to schedule meetings for him, so I gave he a read right to the top of his mailbox and editor right to his calendar. After I done this I added his account to her exchange account on her PC. Everything looks ok, she can see his calendar, edit meetings etc. But the big problem is that when she invites someone to a meeting (even when she invites him) she gets and error that the message cant be delivered etc. BTW I gave her a send behalf right too s...

service calendar status colors
I have 12 different 'statuses' of service activities. When I created them, the system assigned the first 11 different colors. questions: 1. the 12th status is the same color as the 11th. Hi, Whenever I create a new appointment in my calendar it automatically creates a recurrence every week. When I first create the appointment I do not even open the recurrence tab, I then save and close the appointmnet and all is fine up to this point, but if I then re-open the appointment and invite attendee/s the appointment will automaticall add the recurrence.
