How to specify default "From" field

To All:

I have Exchange 2003 with my clients using Outlook 2003.  Some users
are members of a distribution group sales@domain.com.  In Outlook for
these users, I want the From field to default to this e-mail address.
How do I do it?

You would need to set their default address in the ADUC on the server. 
However, I don't think it will let you use that address for more than one 
user - an alternate method is to give the users send as rights - they would 
need to type the address in the from field though. Another way is to create 
an IMAP account (so mail is left always on server) and put that address in 
the from field.

Try RightFrom at www.ivasoft.biz - don't know if it will do this 100% the 
way you want, but take a look.

How do I set the default paper tray to auto from an open contact?
When I open a Contact and try and print the info memo style, the printer is always set to Manual Paper Tray. I have tried to set it to Auto but it reverts to Manual when I close and reopen Outlook. Emails send from wrong account, even when specified
I just realized today that the email I have been sending from seperate accounts for the past few days have been defaulting to the default account even when I specify to send from one of the other accounts. Specify account to send from
I tried replying to a work email earlier tonight and after I sent it, although I specified which account to send the email from, the saved sent message said it had been sent from my personal (default) account. Change Default from "Insert Entire Caption"
I use table/figure captions and cross-referencing a lot (currently using Word 2007, but same issue for other versions). When I insert a cross-reference, the default is always to insert the "Entire Caption" as the cross-reference.
