How to monitor Outlook 2003 performance/health

I've Outlook 2003 with an Exchange 2000 server account built in the profile.
I need to monitor Outlook performance accessing to the nailbox and Exchange
2000 public folder. Often I got the red exclamation mark on Outlook icon in
system tray to explain that Outlook doesn't respond (I think it's trying to
retrieve Exchange 2000 data). Is there any tool client or server side to
log/track the activity ?

Thanks

Sergio

Outlook 2007 Signature Changes on Recipient's Computer
Hello, I have my email email signature set to Palace Script MT @ size 36, which in that font is not that big. But directly under my signature I have my job title, phone, etc. which is in Palatino Linotype @ size 10. When I send messages, it looks the way it is supposed to look on my computer....and some recipient's computers it also looks the way it should. On a few other's computers, However, it changes the signature from Palace Script to Palatino Linotype but keeps it at the size 36 font. The result is that it looks abnoxiously big and as though I set it up that...

Outlook 2003 sending email
I have recently installed MS Office 2003 Professional. I am having the following problem with MS Outlook 2003 that I was not having with MS Outlook 2002. When sending external email thru exchange (locally), I have to choose the account (Internet or Exchange) otherwise I get an error message that my mail did not get delivered. So to explain further, if I am sending email externally (email is sent thru Internet server not Exch) and my default mail setup is thru the POP3 server, then the there is no problem. If I am sending email locally, then I have to choose Exchange account. As ...

Archiving Outlook Express email from Outlook
Having upgraded from Outlook Express to Outlook I imported my Outlook Express email in to Outlook. I set up the archiving to move any files over 2 months old onto the server but although Outlook archives files that it created/ received it will not archive the Outlook Express files. Any suggestions as to archiving the Outlook Express files? Rog Outlook uses the modified date for archiving. If you imported your items sooner than your default archive settings state, then your items will not be archived. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the dis...

Outlook e-mail grouped/viewed like a relational database.
Outlook should allow multiple dynamic views for e-mail. When an e-mail is received, the reader would have the option to assign user defined categories that would allow easier retrieval from a large number of e-mails. For example, I would like to categorize my recieved e-mail both specifically and generically. I'd like to have the option to see all "Technical" e-mails received, and then have the ability to assign more qualifying categories. This would enable me to view e-mail via multiple views that I define per my needs. Currently, I have to use folders to store e-mai...

Automatic archiving of mailbox e-mail on Exchange 2003
