I have a client running Server 2000 and exchange 2000 which is located in
another city and I don't have remote access. Please excuse me if I'm
slightly vague with the information.
The server recently crashed and I finally found the problem was the
transaction logs have not been purged since 2003! There are 3,500 log files
which have added an additional 17GB to the server and caused it to crash.
The client is running Veritas Backup Exec and backing up the exchange
mailboxes but not the M: drive. There is no option to back up the

Also, is there any way to directly edit the HTML of an outgoing Outlook

We have a custom made program using Sybase SQL as

The problem is that when the external application creates
the email to be send, outlook always shows up with a

anything to stop it from asking that question.
There is only 1 profile on the computer, so this cannot be
the problem. When it asks for it the first time, I also

In order to view information in a .PST file, you must configure Outlook to open this file. You can't open a .PST file with any other application. Once you have
the file open, you can then export the information to another file type, or export it directly into outlook Express.

I have an Outlook problem that I can't find a solution for - I've tried
slipstick.com, Google, and this newsgroup. Hopefully someone can help...
All of a sudden, today Outlook 2003 decides that clicking on the shortcut or
using the keyboard shortcut button, should start up two instances of Outlook
2003. This causes problems with my IMAP mail accounts, SMTP servers, etc. I
tried exiting/killing all instances, that didn't help. I then tried
rebooting, no help there either.
I've been using Outlook for years, and I've never seen this problem before.
