Reply to emails uses the contact primary email not the sent from eHi,
We have encountered a problem with MSCRM when replying to an incoming email.
The email must be resolved to a contact record (either automatically by
recognition of a unique email address or manually) in order to reply.
When the reply is sent, it is sent to the default (primary) email address
for the Contact and not to the email address that the customer sent the
original email from! There doesnt appear to be any way to select an
alternative email address.
Has anyone come across this problem before? If so, any advice on how to
proceed? (We dont really want to overwrite the primary ...

Delayed email #6Hi all, we use exchange 2k and win2k domain. The email was delayed for two
domains. From smtp queues the connection status = retry and the property of
that domain = the connection was dropped by the remote host.
All outgoing emails work except this two domains, Is there anything I should
do?
Thanks

Wondering in EX2003, any settings for me to reject those 'RDNS failed'

Exch 2003 sp2 junk emailWe recently upgraded our exch 2000 to 2003 sp2. We have an internal list
server for parent and teacher notifications. One of our senders made us
aware of a situation. Emails comming from our list server is being directed
to the junk email folder for our OWA users and Outlook 2003 users. How do I
mange this. Is there a server side white list rule that I can employ to
resolve this? Thanks.
Junk mail in Outlook is a client side function. Right click the email and
choose the junk mail and then add to the safe sender list.

Outlook 2003? It worked great in Outlook XP. But now in

Make sure you aren't checking your mail via POP3.
Make sure that the default delivery location is your Exchange mailbox and
not a personal folders file.

Exchange 2K: Controlling incoming email formats....Question...
AFAIK (and correct me if I am wrong), Exchange natively only lets you
control message formats for messages that are downloaded to POP\IMAP
clients.
For security reasons, I would like Exchange to convert all incoming\outgoing
email from\to external domains, as well as INTRA-domain email , to plain
text format. In other words, I do not want to see anymore html email on my
server going in and out, just plain text.
Is there a setting for this for Exchange to handle this natively? If not,
what (if any) 3rd party solutions are out there for this?
Thanks,
George

Cached Mode disables addressing emails with First Last name formatIn Outlook 2003 (just upgraded) using Cached Mode, I notice that I can no
longer address emails with a simple, normal name (e.g., "john doe"), even
though that name exists in the Global Address List. (Previous Outlook
versions allowed this when synching to an offline folder was enabled.) Now
when I attempt to address an email with the "FirstName LastName" format in
the To box, I get a dialog stating that "Microsoft Office Outlook does not
recognize "john doe" " . This only happens when Cached Mode is enabled.

print 1/2 page image to fill a full pageI've created an ad 4x5 size. It's centered in an 8.5 x 11 page setup size.
Now, I want to print it out full page size (8.5 x 11) but can't find a way to
just expand the entire image. Tried grouping all the elements then dragging
the corner out to the desired size. Lost some type and some images distorted.
I've also created a PDF of this file and when I tried to print it in "expand
small pages to paper size" mode, it still printed it 4x5 instead of 8.5 x 11.
I don't see any options for such changes in my printer driver either. What

Delete mailbox, run mailbox cleanup, purge mailbox, then recreate.
Else log in to mailbox and delete messages (would probably take a lot
longer).

Try deleting them and recreating them. Your question may be better answered
in a newsgroup appropriate to your problem. This newsgroup is dedicated to

Trouble sending email..We have one user with Office 2003 including Outlook. Our email and website
is hosted with Yahoo! Small Business. We've set it up as POP in her Outlook.
She can send and receive email fine, but sometimes it will stop working and
she will need to reboot for it to work again. Any suggestions?
The only information I have right now is "Error message keeps saying contact
your server.", but I am hoping she can get me the exact error message she is
encountering.
