I used to be able to find all of my emails, calendar appts., journal entries,
etc., related to a particular contact in the Contact's Activity tab. As of a
week ago, with nothing new installed or added, those links have disappeared.
Anyone have any ideas why?

I just switched from outlook 2000 to outlook 2007. I have many contact
folders. But, when I try to insert an address from a contact folder, the
only one that is accessible is the main "contact" folder.
How do I move or copy all my contact groups into the address book so that
all email addresses are accessible from the TO: line in an email?
Right click each contact folder, select Properties, and go to the "Outlook
Address Book" Tab and select the box to show as an address book.

If you don't want all users to have a modification, should you first add the
smartlist lookup to modifier before you add it to vba? Then change the vba
property to emmodified only?

No, Outlook needs to download the mail to have rules run. However, having
said that, and not knowing your version, SINCE YOU DID NOT POST IT, you can
have Outlook permanently delete mail using Rules Wizard.

I am trying to use a formula or function that will look at a cells say column
A check for a condition, if true, then add the value of another cell that is
on the same row to another cell. Yes I know that may be difficult to
understand so let me give you an example.

I have assembled a column of pointers into a table. These pointers are
simply the row number of the selected data in a table. Assuming that this
column starts in A01, I would like to create a formula in B01 that simply
makes B01 equal to the data located in a specified column (use column F for
the example) in the row specified by A01.
I remember doing this before, but it just excapes me this morning.

When i started to import contacts in Business Contact Manager 2007, i
pressen the 'stop' button to check whether the imported accounts were
correct. But when i deleted the first 24 accounts i imported and
attempted a new import for all accounts something strange happened.
Business Contact Manager stopped importing at 24 accounts. The same
amount as when i did my first import and pressed the 'stop' button

I routinely get an e-mail directed to a long list of folks who all belong to
a group of some kind. I'd like to take the information from this list of
e-mail address (that appear in the original `To' listing) and somehow get
them into a category that I would name. I don't want to have to type all the

of these groups I can just send it to the newly created category. I realize ...Lookup (Picklist) that only shows related Contacts to Account

Has anyone else run into a problem where the help icons on the application
windows of Returns Management will not open the appropriate help information?
I spoke with another consultant and he said that this happens to him only on
the Field Service Modules. I think that there has to be a better answer or a
