User Deleting folders from someone elses mailboxHello,
Is there a was to monitor who is Deleting folders from someone elses
mailbox?
I know that it could only people who have permissions to the mailstore.
Can i setup something to watch when this happens?
Also if it is someone who is using the Default Domain Administrator
account to do this, can i see who this is or where it is coming from?
Logon mailbox access. Change the domain admin password and do not
distribute. Watch the event logs.

Sort window for Custom Sort gets bigger each useOur company recently rolled out Office 2007 Standard. One user uses Excel
quite a lot. She does the Custom Sort action a lot (under the Home
tab>Sort&Filter button). She noticed that the window that pops up actually
increases in size each time she clicks the Custom Sort button. When I try it
on my pc, I can resize the Sort window, and have it remember whatever size I
put it at each time, whether I close and restart Excel, or just doing another
Sort action. For her, it increases exponentially. The process goes like this:
1. Click Custom Sort
2. Click Cancel to close Sort window.

Unable to view forwarded .msg attachmentsOne of our users has developed an unusual problem. Using Outlook
2003, when he receives a forwarded message that is arriving as a .msg
attachment, the attachment is not available for him to view (not shown
in the header area). However, if he then forwards the message, it is
attached, so we know he is receiving them, he is just unable to access/
view them. Other types of attachments he is able to view fine.

sent messages #2all of my sent messages have disappeared
Check View | Current View and make sure it's set to "Sent To" or any other
unfilitered view. "Unread Messages" will hide anything marked as read.
Also make sure you're not sorting the message list by the Icon column.

Flagging messages for followupWhen I send a message, I am offered the option (on the
Toolbar) of flagging it for follow up. Yet, when I do
this, the message does not automatically appear in the
folder "For Follow Up". WHY NOT? Instead, I have to go to
the stored message (e.g. in Sent Items) and check the flag
icon in the icon column.
Many thanks for any help on this.
Outlook 2003? Did you check whether the For Follow Up folder includes your

Which version are you using R2 WSUS 3.0?
in WSUS 3.0 you can use the clean up tool
But It's been too long since I've even used R2 (WSUS 2.0)
There is the option to uninstall it?
However I think WSUS is great, and if you use WSUS 3.0 I think you will like

Public Folders Permission #2Hi,
My exchange server 2003 hosts more than 100 public folders. I would like to
grant all the staffs to be able to view/read each public folder. Since there
are so many public folders, it is tedious to do it individually. Is there a
method to automate this process?
pfdavadmin does not automate it, but it certainly makes it easier...are
these folders in a directory structure, or all top-level folders?

Using Countif with AndI am trying to count E15:E659 that contains "VM" if the corresponding row
under H is greater than 0.
--
Mike
You can only use COUNTIF with a single condition. Use this instead:
=3DSUMPRODUCT((ISNUMBER(SEARCH("VM",E15:E659)))*(H15:H659>0))
You can't use wildcards here, hence the need for the ISNUMBER/SEARCH
combination. Note also that you can't use full-column references with
SP (unless you have Excel 2007).
Hope this helps.
