Pivot-How to add field value to already made group
If I have already grouped values in a Pivot is there a way I can add an
additional value without ungrouping and then selecting everything plus the
value I left out and then grouping again.
I hate having to undo my group when I accidently left out a value.

Not quite with you as I can think of two things you may have done. If the
data is external just refresh it and it should get included without anything
happening to the grouping.
If it is Excel data on another sheet, just add the data to the bottom and

I have set up a shared mailbox that several users shal access. I then want
to be able to track which user has read or modified a mail item.
I thought of creating a custom field that I shal populate with the username
once he has done a change.
I tried using the "changed by" field, but it does not meet my needs as all
of the users must have "Full mailbox access" to see the search folders
defined on the shared mailboxes. And with "Full mailbox access" the changed
by field only gets the shared mailbox user.

Why? As in "why do you care what value the Access autonumber field holds?"

over. The Parent Customer (Account Name) comes over as well. When you
create an Opportunity, Order or Quote from a Contact is only brings over the

I have a field that relates to company size on the account form that I want
to link to a field on the case form. The idea is that dependant on what is
selected on the company size picklist the field value on the case form is
filled in. The field on the case form is a monetary value.
I suppose my question is, how do I reference the field on the account form
from some code on the onload section of the case form.
My understanding is that the crmForm.all.FIELDNAME format will not work in
this way. How do I reference the FIELDNAME on a different form?

I want to remove the revenue radio button field that asks if you want to
enter the value yourself or have it system calculated but can't as it says it
is required by the system.
We do not have products so cannot calculate opportunity values. So it would
be nice to remove the revenue field and default to the user entering the
revenue value themselves (I can do the last bit).

You have to use the OnLoad event because the Open event is too early to
reference a control on your form. Me.ControlName.Locked = True should do it.
