Can i generate a delivery note for partially received items.?/from where?
In POP, you can do a Shipment receipt type in the Receivings Transaction
Entry window - (MSDGP>>Transaction>>Purchasing>>Receivings Transactions.
The POP Receiving Posting Journal can serve as your Delivery Note. Other
variations are, you can create calculated fields to dynamically change the
static name that will appear on the report depending on the document type.

I'm sorry to keep posting "new" questions, but on top of having problems with
Outlook, i'm having problems with figuring out how this "Discussion Group"
process works. Every time i open the Discussion Group page, I get a message
that there is no profile for me and so I have to re-create my profile each
time. I see that Peter Foldes has posted as response to my question. Thank

I need assistance finding the data source for the quote mail merge in
CRM 4.0. I get a error "mail_merge_64494.doc is a mail merge
document. Word cannot open the data source, ."
Here is the process I go through before I get the error:
- I open a quote
- click on menu bar button "Print Quote for Customer"
- select organization mail merge, Quote for customer, and OK
- when asked if I want to open or save, I select open
- I pick yes, when it asks if it can put data on my document
I then get message above. How do I find the datasource?

I am using Access 2003 and have had problems seeing which tab button
is pressed in an option group. The shading is such that it is very
difficult to tell the difference between the button pressed and the
button that is not pressed -- they are both shades of gray. I did not
have this problem when using previous versions of Access. I have had
users complain and have tried to play around with the shading, but
Access doesn't seem to give that much control over it. Is there any

I installed Outlook 2003 about a month ago before I went on vacation.
Now when I returned from vacation, I have problems. When I try to sync
my palm handheld to outlook, outlook hangs and then a message comes up
that says "Can't contact LDAP Directory Server (81)" What does this
mean? Can I remove the LDAP server? How? I would like to bring in my
hotmail mail if possible but If I had to do without it it would be ok.

Very odd issue. I am using Entourage Web Services Edition 13.0.3 (091002) and connecting to an Exchanges server 2007 at work. mail will not be delivered to a mailbox during the time it is being
moved...that's why I always take care of mailbox moves during the time of
day when there is the least email traffic...

Here is the situation. NT 4 SP 6, Exchange 5.5 SP4 One of my Dept
Heads sends out his daily report each evening. He ' does not ' use a
DL. He takes the previous nights email from the "Sent Items" and just
deletes a person here or adds a person, then sends it out again. I
have watched as he did this and his procedures are legal and I have
done this many times as I am sure you have too, for whatever reason.

I can get "read" receipts for the email I send. On
occasion, I need only to know that the email has been
delivered. However, when I follow the "help"
instructions the receipt does not come back. I have
tested it with email addresses within my LAN and outside
of the LAN with the same result ... no receipt.
