Outlook 2002 Must Manually hit the Send/Receive buttonRecently, even though my Outlook mail set-up is suppose
to schedule an automatic send/receive every 1 minute, no
messages will come in or out unless I manually hit the
send/receive button including when I first open Outlook.
This is a new problem that occured without making any
changes to my prior Outlook settings.
Any suggestions?
Hi,
Try increasing the time to 2 minutes. It might take some time more than 1
min to download the stuff from your server.
Hope this helps !!!

Percent issues in 2007We just converted to Office 2007, so that could be my issue. Here is
my problem:
I have a field called "Percent Discount" with a field size set to
Single and no decimal places. On theform, the user types in 10% into
the field (2007 automatically enters the % sign). The next field is an
expression =[Amount]-[Dollar Discount]-[Percent Discount] (The user
can give a dollar discount or a percent discount depending on their
needs). It is only subtracting 1% rather than 10%. How do I get it to
both show 10% for the user and subtract the 10% from the amount?

Hi,

Outlook forms #4I have a series of related forms. The replies are
associated in the actions menu but when they are published
to a public folder the reply will not open initially.
They are hidden so users cannot open them first to load
them. My agency is one of many on the exchange server so
I cannot use the organizational library. I thought about
sending them to all our users as an .oft file so they can
publish them to their personal library but not all users
would be able to accomplish this with their technical
knowledge. Any ideas on how to make them available to 475
users?

3 Panel Brochure in Pub 2002Forgive my pure ignorance, but can you create a 3 panel
brochure with Publisher 2002? I can only find the book
fold.
Regards, Pete
Sure, just pick a blank page, landscape orientation, menu Arrange > Layout
Guides, make the Layout Guides to suit your brochure and then make 3 panels
to suit.
There are plenty of Templates in Publisher 2002.

Yes/No Format IssueHi Groupies
I have been building databases for years and have not run into this problem
before.
This 2007 database I am working in has a few yes/no fields.
When I add these fields to a Form, they are show up as
textboxes instead of the yes/no check box I am expecting.
They respond correctly in queries, autoreports and autoforms but
when I add it manually, I get Yes or No and have to manually
change it to a Check Box
Any ideas? Anybody else having the same issue?

Outlook 2003 Wont Remember PasswordHello All,
Since upgrading from Office XP to Office 2003, Outlook now
does not remember our POP server passwords for any user on
our Terminal Server network.
We download mail from a Linux POP server for company
email, but Outlook will always pause at the download
screen and ask for the password, no matter whether we
click the 'save this password in your password list'
option box or not.
Can anyone assist?

Access to SMTP addresses in an Outlook/Exchange offline Address BookI am an Outlook/Exchange user who wants to be able to

Outlook 2003 Storing Sent Items with IMAPHi,
I've recently started using Outlook 2003, (upgrading from Outllook Express).
I have several IMAP accounts and with Outllook Express whenever I sent an
email from one account, it automatically stored it in the IMAP folder Sent
Items of the account I sent it from.
How can you do this in Outllook 2003?? It seems to store everything in Sent
Items which means I can't read the mail I've sent from other locations.
Regards.

Andy,
I have used both with numbers and without for projects, based on the
clients maturity. I would suggest if you want to make it as easy as
possible to differentiate between the different risk and issues
categories, put the number in, it makes it much easier to see.

Change in paste behaviout between Publisher 2000 and 2002-I also have the same problem. I use publisher to print ID cards and
every day paste about 100 images from a graphics program into the same
sized text box in Publisher.
With all versions of Publisher up to and including 2000 the pasted
image would resize itself to the text frame. This being what I need.
With Publisher 2002 onwards the pasted image pastes itself into a new
frame on top of the existing image and much larger. I then have to
delete the existing image and resize the new image, which takes much
much longer than using Publisher 2000.
