Right now email@example.com shows up as being from firstname.lastname@example.org instead

How in the world do I add the 'FROM' field to my outgoing
messages in Outlook 2002 (for Windows XP).
Outlook 2000 just allows you to click the VIEW, the FROM
FIELD option from within a message header.. but not on
2002. i need this option. can anyone help ?
Once the untitled message is opened you would need to
click on the view and then choose the from field, if it's
not there then you would need to click on the arrow to
display the From Field to choose. Hope this helps. If
not your profile may be corrupted. Delete the profile
and create a new one.

Exchange does matter, you need to have Send As rights which is done on the
security tab in Active Directory Users and Computers in the Properties of
the User Account, to get the From field then from a new email click on the
down arrow next to the Options button.

You may have to customize your toolbar to see it.

E2k out of the box doesn't allow this, so it sounds like someone may have

service-level permissions in Exchange to a group that shouldn't be in there.
First, find out what groups these users belong to.

One approach is to unlock the cells you'll be using (Format - Cells -

I get a copy of all NDRs send to me. However, just recently, when I go
into the NDR to resend it on, the 'from' field is missing, so I don't
know who sent the message.
Any idea why this might be and how to change it?
The original message should be attached to the NDR. That is what needs to
be re-sent, not the NDR itself. NDR's typically have <> as the sender. Do
you see the original message attached?

for some reason it no longer does. Recepients seem to be getting it, but it

Long story short; there is no need to manually specify the From field for
each message. It is only needed when you want to send as/on behalf of

Hi, I have a user who has a very large inbox. Everything
is fine with it for the most part. Names appear in the

I've created two forms in the same database. In the first form I must use

Enter Key. How can I get the first form to accept the Enter Key? Right now
if I push Enter by mistake in the first form it erases the text (but if I do
"undo" the text is restored.). I can't find where to set this.
FYI - I have a totally different database where the form also allows the
Enter Key to be used to move from field to field.
Thanks for any help.
