How do you open your address book without the program freezing. The only way out of it is to Force Quit entourage ... but you can't access any contacts in address book unless you enter the name in search.

either click View | All Headers and type in the addresses separated by a;

message and clicking To button to select names, the dropdown list of address
books always shows Contacts at the top (with contact addresses below). Is
there a setting which will allow me to set which address book is selected by

I am working with large data spreadsheets and write a lot
of IF statements such as =IF(A1>$G$5,"",A1). This gets me
a blank cell which is what I want. However, that blank
isn't "real." There is something in that cell which
returns the VALUE error message when I write an equation
in another cell which references that "blank" cell. What
can I use in place of the "" to get a "real" blank cell?
I am using a work-around by sorting then doing "clear
contents" of the blank cells. Not very efficient.

When you send an email in Word, and click on the To icon, it brings up your
Outlook address book. It alwasy defaults to the Contacts address book, but
I would like it to default to the BCM Contacts address book; any way do
choose the default Outlook Adress Book?
Also, in the option to select an address book, Contacts shows up twice. One
is legitimate with info, the other is completely empty. How do I get rid of
the empty one? There are not two Contact "adress books" in outlook, only
the valid one.

file server running Windows 2003 server and Exchange 2003. We only use the

I would like to change the default "reply-to" address for two users who have

means, but none of them will show multiple addresses for users that have been
set up with multiple addresses. What sort of an LDAP query should I use (if
