Creating a new profileMy Outlook crashes everytime I send an email or anytime I try to use an email
address look up. Detect and repair isn't working so I want to try creating a
new profile but want to make sure I don't lose all my old emails. Does
anyone know the step-by-step instructions on how to do this?

I am having a problem creating two individual mailboxes on our Exchange 2003
server. We went live with Exchange in June with no problems and every new
user that has started with the company has been set up successfully.
On Tuesday I had a strange case where and employee had been off on long term
sick returned to work. I re-enabled his account in AD and then went to
create his exchange mailbox it seemed to work OK, however the recipient
update service didn't create the mailbox/mail addresses.

Can't install Microsoft office small bus. ed. 2003 on new computerMy computer quit last week, so bought a new one. My old computer had Windows
XP and my new one has Windows 7. My old computer had Works 8 on it and then

OWA Issues #8I have been attempting to access my Exchange server via the web. With
IE I get the "loading" error. With Mozilla FireFox I am able to gain
access, send and receive emails but none of the button jpgs or gifs
show up. My Exchange is behind an ISA server. I have checked all of the

Excel Issue #2I have a user that clicks in a cell on an open excel sheet. She then moves
her mouse and all the cells that she moves the mouse over highlight. It is
almost like she is holding down the left mouse button, but that isn't the
case. I have replaced the mouse, but that did not work. I have checked for
extended being on, but that is not the case either. Any help would be
appreciated.
You could try downloading and installing a new version of the mouse
driver, if one is available from the manufacturer's web site. Or, try a
new mouse and driver on the machine.

Outlook 2002 new email not showing up.Windows 2000 Domain. Windows 2000 Server running Exchange Enterprise.
Windows XP Professional with Office XP pro on the workstations. They
use outlook for the email client and connect directly to Exchange not
POP or IMAP. I have two clients who do not see new email as it comes
in. If they click and another folder or message in Outlook the new
email appears. Only two systems are doing this. There are 48 users who
are not having the same trouble. I have double checked and UPnP and the
SSDP services have been disabled on the workstations in question. Does
anyone have any ideas?

I have a number of copies/versions of the same spreadsheet (layout)
which I now have to do a column content count on ie
=countif(A1:A100,"A")
but I only need to count this if another total in the same column is
greater than 0 zero
I can do this with an IF statement, but of course when I copy the
formula into the other workbooks the original sheet reference
remains. I thought I might be able to use INDIRECT() but can't see if
this can be tied to an IF()
As always any help or other suggestions would be welcome.

btw - alt+enter will turn word wrap on for the cell in which it's used. It
will not necessary to set word wrap first.

subreport query timing out??Hello,
I have a report that contains a few subreports. One subreport in particular
seems to intermittently "disappear" as in it doesn't always show the data for
that record. The Child/Parent relationships are correct however what appears
to be happening is that if that particular subreport's query takes too long
to pull the data, it times out and the report basically skips it and displays
the rest of the report. No errors are thrown, it just skips that subreport
(leaves the subreport header there) and displays the rest.

We have a user that when she schedules meetings in Outlook and invites
attendees, the attendees meeting shows up an hour later on their calendar.
I was sure this was because the time zone on her PC was set wrong. But I
got to looking and her time zone is set correctly. I also looked at the

Issues Installing Hotfix for KB 931270Good Afternoon All,
I have a couple of users who are running the new client installer for CRM.
They were both experiencing the Outlook Crashes due to CRM so I requested the
Hotfix installer from Microsoft.
There were two msp files that MS sent me, one for the desktop client and one
for the laptop client. When I attempted to run the Hotfix installer on 1
desktop machiner and 1 laptop machine, the installer will flash on the screen

I have a macro that copies a worksheet from an existing workbook and moves
it to a new workbook (book 1, book 2, etc). I then go back to the original
workbook to hide the copied sheet. When all this is done I want the user to
be looking at the new workbook (book 1, book 2, etc).
Please provide some code to add to my copy macro.

You don't have to return to the original workbook to hide the sheet. If the
macro is in the original workbook then simply:
Sheets(1).Copy
ThisWorkbook.Sheets(1).Visible = False

Bug in creating new item in Purchase order module?I noticed that items created in the purchase order module do not seem to be
properly configured with their supplier. While the item window correctly
displays the supplier, an items report that includes the supplier field does
not include the new items with the designated supplier. On the other hand,
any items created through the items menu appear correctly in the reports.
Similarly, when barcode labels that include supplier name as one of the
fields are printed, the supplier name appears for those items not created in

If you're opening the files by double clicking them in Windows Explorer, then
this might help:
Try Tools|Options|General|Ignore other applications (uncheck it)
But a lot will depend on how the other programs actually open the workbook.

Shared calendar moderation issueWe run Outlook 2003 and Exchange Server 2003. I have setup a shared calendar
in public folders to keep track of employee holidays. I have set permissions
so that I have full access and default users have read and post access.
However I have setup moderation so that any holiday requests that get posted
come to me first for approval.
This works fine, a user can create an appointment, when they click save and
close it sends an email to them saying it's moderated, the event doesn't get

Incorrect time on Outlook accountHi
On one of my Outlook accounts, whenever I receive a message it shows the
time being 6 hrs in front. I contacted my provider and they say their server
times are all correct. If it was showing a server default, the timezones we
are in means it would show as arriving 6 hrs behind?? It only shows the
incorrect time on the inbox page -when I open the message the time is
correct??
Another account I have with another provider does not have the same problem
so it has to be at their end???
