Edit Tabbed Forms
I made a database, and a form to enter info into the datatbase. The form has
2 tabs, but both tabs enter info in the same table. The problem is that when
I go to open the form, it opens to the next entry, but the bottom record
counter is at 1. I can't go back and edit past records. The report and the
table shows all the records, but the form doesnt.
Anyone know why?

...Forms Differences 2003 to 2007
I created a set of protected forms templates for corporate use in Word 2003.
These enabled users to enter forms data and check boxes and also allowed them
insert and format text in unprotected sections.
Trying to accomplish these same abilities in Word 2007, it appears something
has changed in protected Word 2007—the form template is ether forms or
comments, neither of which allow the previous flexibility of forms data/check
boxes and inserting/formatting text. How can I create/update the working
templates to Word 2007?

I've already got a form set up in access. Works fine.
Due to various people changing their mind over things - what's new there
then I need to create an additional form.
It will be exactly the same as the existing one but the data will come from
a different query, the fields will all be the same. I have to use a
different query as I have to change some of the existing data.
Basically it's a case of I wouldn't start from here but I'm stuck with it.

I have a main form that contains multiple memo type text boxes. I'd like to
be able to double click on one of the text boxes and have a popup form open
with a large text box that then gets it's source from the main forms text box,
so that users can view all or most of the text without having to use the
scroll bar. The data also needs to be updatable.

Can somebody help me understand how the mix and match promotion works?
I have a batch of product, all from one supplier, which i want to do a buy
2, get one free offer on (3 FOR 2). SO i set up a discount and number of
items to pay full price is set to 2 and number of items to pay discounted
price is set to 1, and discounted price is entered as £0.00. My question is
- which item do they get free? I want the cheapest one to be free, or is it
determined in the order that the items are scanned?

I am trying to set up my forms with tabs. I have customer information on the
1st tab and another form with customer follow-up correspondence logged in on
the 2nd tab. I am trying to link the 2 tabs so that when on the initial
customer information form, i can click on the next tab to log in
correspondence information. I have been unable to get the forms to link. I
am getting the message that I cannot link unbound forms. Is there a way i
can get the forms to link.

If you're trying to use FrontPage's process to handle the form, that web =
does not have FP extensions installed on it. You'll have to find out =

And then it should have some sort of list/table where I can add a new

I have setup a form with multiple tabs that represent each milestone
of the process. A query supports each so that items "move" from one
tab to another based on what stage the item is at, allowing the user
to select the item & click a button to enter their portion.
This so far works great except that the data on all of the tabs is

I have a user whose Outlook locks up for 30-45 minutes if he clicks on the
CRM button in the toolbar, opens an email that is tracked in crm, or tries to
promote an email to CRM.
Also, when Outlook opens now and again Outlook reports a problem with the

The form can be based on a table or a query. Think of the records in a table
as a "bag of records" - unordered. If you want to place an order on the
records in a table, create a query - then base the form on the query.

When one of our users prints his Expense Report (an Excel form), it prints in
blue ink and he would like it changed to black. Previously, the color of the
lines was set to automatic. I changed the color to black and it still prints
blue for him. Is there a setting on his pc that is doing this and could I
override it by making a change to the Excel file?
