How to automatic sort email into folder plus download the attachem
Hi, I have this surveillance camera which will send email when its detected motion. In a typical day, it will send out hundreds of emails attached with short video clips of what it detected. I know how to redirect these email into my designated folder but can the outlook automatically download the attachement into my hard drive (my desired folder) as opening each email and save the video clips is troublesome. Anyone there to help. I believe this is common for nowadays as most of us have surveillance camera at home. Nelson

Is there a way to automatically get an alert when someone adds an event to a public Calendar? Having the person who added the event send me an invite is not an option, because they will not do this. (I am required to check the calendar to see if any events have been added.) I can't see a way to quickly see what new events have been added so I have to check the whole calendar. Phantom Personal Folder
I have recently had to reformat my laptop and reinstall Outlook 2003. When I copied the pst file that I backed up into the default location I ended up having 2 sets of personal folders-both identical in content. I have a spreadsheet which tracks the fluids and lubricants added to a fleet of vehicles. Each entry contains the location, type of additive, quantity, and unit of measurement (ounces, quarts, gallons). I need a single table that shows each type of additive broken out by location added, with a sum of how much was added at that location. I ordered Money 2004 Premium from an online store (I don't want to deal with M05, but I have to upgrade from M02 due to bank support for it ending), and they sent me M2004 Small Biz Plus Edition. Is there any way to delete an email item and have it permanently deleted without having it first go to the deleted items folder. I am aware that I can have the deleted items folder cleared on exit but do not want to do that. I have a request that I have been given by my legal department requesting that I put a delete hold on a few users mailboxes for an investigation. This is my first time having to do this. Can I just change mailbox permissions? If so which permissions? Basically we just need to prevent these users from being able to delete any sent or received emails. I have a client with the following problem using Outlook 2003. I googled for possible solutions but didn't find any. Can anyone suggest anything to try?
