how do I turn off the automatic spelling and grammer check
I don't use the auto check on spelling and grammer and it is a nusanise always popping up when I try to send an email. Please can anyone tell me how to shut the darn thing off. using office 2007

Help! I have a problem setting up. Wanted to set up back to 01/01/03 to track the entire year. Put in the first payroll check. Money apparently assumes this amount is a recurring amount, but it isn't--every payroll check is a very different amount. Recordset changes underlying table automatically
Hi all, I probably have a misunderstanding of the use of a ADO Recordset. I thought a Recourdset is a view and if I change it without updating the underlying table (data) wouldn't change. But what I was experiencing was different. I opened a recordset with a select query of a table then manipulated the recordset. Suprisingly I found that the underlying table (a linked table from a SQL server) changed. Is this the normal way that a Recordset behave? If so, is there an easy way to avoid it? Checking for subforms on a form
What is the best way to check in VBA for all the subforms on a form? I can cycle through all the controls on the form checking for ControlType=acSubForm. But some of my forms have a massive number of controls and I'm wondering if there is a more efficient way. Thanks in advance. James P.S. Hello, I'm typing a list of the different ports that different servers and IP numbers must use. Everytime I go into a cell and add text that looks like another port name and number - Excel wants to make it a hyperlink. My FTP program keeps opening when I hit return to leave the cell. All of a sudden, my Outlook 2007 stops fetching email from the server. I have to quit and restart Outlook to get new email. From the menu, I click send/receive and nothing happens. I try changing the checking email interval from 30 minutes to 5 minutes. No. That doesn't help. What could cause the problem? It had been working fine for 7 months until last week. I'm using the Custom Installation Wizard in the Office 2003 Resource Kit to create a .MST file for a custom network installtion point and I can't find where you can change the default setting for the Reading Pane feature.
