Problems Setting Delegate Permissions
I'm getting the following error message with Outlook 2003 and Exchange Server
2003. Does anyone know how to repair this? This occurs everytime I try to set
Delegates for a user, or any user for that matter. I get to the point where I
have assigned a user the permissions and when I click OK, I get the following:
Microsoft Office Outlook
The Delegates settings were not saved correctly. Unable to activate
send-on-behalf-of list. You do not have sufficient permission to perform this
operation on this object.

to an email account with multiple users, but only want selected users to be
able to open the attachment.
Outlook has no control over the security of a PDF file, that's handled
by the PDF file creation software and the reader, but you can certainly
e-mail the file to the recipients.

Hi Everyone, new to this group. I use Outlook at work and I have set a
signature etc for email. I have the setting Always Use my Fonts checked
but I have notice that when I forward and reply on some emails it is
changing my message to Plain Text, I can physically click on HTML while
in the message but it doesn't seem to alter the signature etc to HTML.
I have no problems with new email I am creating. Can anyone tell me what
is going on here and how I rectify it. Tried everything!!!

message but I don't see this option. Can you please tell me how I can set up
an out of office message or at least an auto reply that will reply to every

If the question is "How can I create a PDF file?" the answer is to get any number of PDF
printer drivers and simply open one and print to it. Alternatively, you can look for any
number of open-source PDF converter. Google would be a good start.

and patch known to man that will not open 2 attachments.
The attachments are coming from an automatically
generated email from an AS400 system. This user receives
lots of other reports like this and has no problem
opening them OTHER users get these same reports and open
the attachments with no problem. when the user tries to
open the attachment, it opens the system32 folder under
the windows folder and that is all. I haven't a clue as

I have a MS Works database file that I wish to convert to Access 2007.
Microsoft seems to make such a simple task imposible. Any suggestions as to
how to accomplish this? I no longer have Works on my system; it was on an
older one that crashed and I lost all the info on the drives.

Unfortunately, no version of Access has ever been able to import Works. Try
importing the Works data into Excel, and then importing the Excel
spreadsheet into Access.

Outlook is not a news reader and therefore never contained any of your
newsgroup data. You were most likely using Outlook Express for news.

Best thing is to create two separate files. Use Windows Explorer to navigate
to the current MyMoney.mny file and rename it appropriately - HisMoney.mny
and then load Money and with File > New create HerMoney.mny.
