End-user License Agreement 12-22-09

I had Windows XP and Office 2003 worked just fine on it.  Then, I got Windows 
7.  Everytime I start any Office 2003 program, I am asked if I accept the  
End-user License Agreement.  
I also have Powerpoint 2007 and it doesn't do this.  
Does anyone have any advice?

Often this can be resolved by logging in as Administrator, then accepting 
the license agreement. I don't know if that works in Win7, but it wouldn't 
hurt.

User not showing up in GAB but does in All Users, what gives?
I added a user yesterday and he shows up in the All Users address book but not in the GAB. Why is this happening? This is the only known instance. I have just installed a second copy of CRM for our development work. The original is working fine, but on this one, it does not seem to be seeing AD. I have run the Diagnostic Wizard and everything checks fine. What setting can I check to see why I am not able to connect to AD to add users? How is your system setup? Date Restrictions
I'm trying to create a report that restricts results to the current year. I'm using the following critieria: >=FormatDateTime("1/1/" & Year(Date())) And <Date() The problem is that these reports are run off of datamarts that are cut at the end of each month. So I entered a formula into the third row of a cetain column. I copied the formula and pasted it all the way down to row 20,000... but now everytime I hit ctrl-end it goes to row 20,000 and the formula that was pasted there. Problem when Reconnecting a Mailbox to a user.
I have a user who’s Active Directory user account was deleted by accident (my boss did it while cleaning up user accounts), and the mailbox was marked for deletion. After we recreated the users account we are unable to get the mailbox to reconnect to the account. And when searching for the user name, with the reconnection tool, it does not come up, in fact only five accounts with the first letter comes up and I know I have over 30 accounts that start with that letter.
