MSN Bill Pay -- why use it?

For the first time since installing Money 2004 about six weeks ago, I was
prompted to view a web-based "demo" of MSN Bill Pay. I went through the
entire demo, but it's still not clear to me what it is, how it differs from
Money itself, and why I'd want to use it.

I've been using electronic payments in Money for a number of years; my bank
does not charge me to use this feature. Why would I want to use MSN Bill
Pay?

Why use ANY bill pay service? I've used automatic payment
for almost everything for 20 years now with no problems.
Electric+, phones, mortgage, car payments, credit cards
and investments.

The only advantage that I am aware of is that you can pay bills when you
don't have yourcomputer handy. This past summer we spent most of August in
Finland and I was able to pay bills from an internet connected computer at
a public library.

Not every bill can be paid automatically. Auto-pay also leaves you no
flexibility on when to pay, etc.. You cannot take advantage of any grace
period--your bill is paid whenever the payee takes the money from your
account (usually the first day due). Personally, I only use auto-pay on a
couple bills that are always mailed so late payment must be made almost the
day they are received. Other than that, I pay through Money and the bank
(not through MS and the web---I will not involve them in banking no matter
how secure they claim it is).

Export from spreadsheet to HTML using macro
Hi all I posted this a couple of days ago, just thought I'd jump it back to the top of the pile I have a few files set up, and have set up sheets within the files to export to HTML using the File -> Save As Web Page menu command. When I set these up, I used the full file path (not a drive letter, it is to a shared drive but we have all mapped differently) as others also need to be able to export the HTML files. However, I can run the files, save and have the exports produced, no one else can. Is it possible, therefore, to have the export written within a macro so all will be able to...

Sending Mail using SMTP via Exchange Server

This morning I received a Delivery Status Notification for each of the sent emails saying that deliver...

Automatic Bill Payments
I have several fixed-amount bills where apay is the payment method (using online bill payment through my bank). Those are fine. But Money Help is not very clear about best approach for automating bills with variable amount or bills with fixed amount that are paid by direct debit. I hope someone can tell me if I'm on the right track. The goal is automating every bill if possible. I understand apay as basically pushing payments on automated schedule with fixed amount while direct debit indicates a payee is authorized to automatically debit my account (pull) and it doesn't matter ...
