Username/Domain/Password prompt appearing when attempting to download Offline Address Book (Outlook 2000) #2
Evening all! Hope someone can help me with this, before I lose ALL my hair! :o) We've got multiple Outlook 2000 users who connect an exchange server, but they an "Enter Password" box appears, prompting for a Username, Domain & Password. The box is blank & no matter what u enter it just re-appears, until they press the ESC key once. The box'll then disappear & Outlook closes OK...but I don't think the Offline address book is updating. 20% of the time, the box doesn't appear when closing Outlook, it's just the other 80%! :( They get this whether they...

Downloaded SP2 Now Outlook Won't Send POP3 Mail
Someone please help! I downloaded SP2 and had so many problems with it (won't allow playing of online games) that I uninstalled it. Now Outlook 2000 won't send my POP3 Yahoo mail. Recieves just fine...Won't send. I checked and double checked all the settings, reinstalled the Yahoo account, reinstalled Outlook, turned off Norton... nothing works. Speed Issues/CRM OC
We have recently installed MS CRM V3.0 Outlook Client and changed from POP 3 to MS Exchange. We operate through a hosted server. My speed within Outlook has slowed down considerably and I have recently upgraded my RAM (currently 1.5 gig) and obtained a new hard drive. Our Internet speed is high speed cable. My main error message at the moment is "An error occured loading MS CRM functionality. Try restarting Outlook. Contact your Administratory if error persists." It often asks me to log in again to the CRM server but still doesn't connect. Any ideas anyone? ...

Money Login Problems
I was unable to login using passport to retrieve my *.mny file after 3 years of flawless use. Then about 12/22/07 was unable to access the file using Money 2004. I went through the gyrations of chainging my password on my passprt account, etc. even though it would log in outside of Money, but to no avail. I then upgraded to Money Plus Deluxe in an effort to resolve the issue, but again to no avail. I am even unable to access the file off-line with the Money password for the account. Money Plus Deluxe on Windows 7: process launches, window not visible
Installed the Money Plus Deluxe trial on Windows 7 just fine, but running the program results in a process being launched (msmoney.exe visible in task manager), but no UI window appears on screen. Have tried running as admin, in Vista / Win XP compat mode, all to no avail. Have tried a force display utility to make the window visible. Attempting to run the software a second time results in a user warning. Any input would be much appreciated. Why is eveything so slow after upgrading from Excel 2000 to 2003?
I upgraded from Office 2000 to 2003. I have [fairly] large workbooks (7-10 MB) with many embedded charts and controls (i.e. lots of shapes). Following the upgrade, everyting to significantly slower. Of particular concern is the rate of simply swicthing between worksheets in a workbook. Previoulsy, I could toggle back and forth between sheets to compare charts. The transission rate is now so slow, this is no longer a practicle option. Any clues on how/if Excel 2003 can be tuned to run faster? HELP!! Convert Money 2004 file to Money 2005 Failed
I uninstalled the Money 2004 and upgraded to Money 2005 and did the upgrade mny file process.... it simply shows "Money cannot locate mny file" or cannot open it, possibly because it is a read-only file or you do not have permission to change it or your disk is write protected. Moving investments from an old Money file to a new one

Issue with joint accounts and two different user Ids
My wife and I have two seperate retirmement accounts and a joint brokerage (with different login IDs) at fidelity. Downloaded Transactions present in Money 2006 but won't display.
When I download an OFX file the Banking tab shows new transactions downloaded (ie. Transactions to read...), but they don't show up in the Account Register. There was a knowledgebase article on solving this, but I can't seem to find it again. I've tried setting the Online Service Settings so that the transactions aren't automatically accepted.
