Budget issue- adding an actual amount for a category in my budget.

First time user with a MONEY product. I purchased MONEY 
2004 Standard. I entered all the categories and budget 
amounts for the month of October, and now I wanted to 
enter the actual amounts incurred. I do not use all the 
features of money for online banking, etc. I simply wanted 
to work on a budget.
I tried the support telephone number twice and so far I 
have not been successful with getting help.

Umm... Isn't the whole purpose of the program intended to tell you how
you're doing on your budget, and give other similar reports? If you had to
manually generate the "How I'm doing on my Budget" report yourself by typing
in all of the figures, there would be no need for the program at all. You
could type such a report in a word processing program.

MONEY calculates the actual amounts based on all of the transactions you've
entered into your accounts, assuming you've assigned them all to categories.

BCP output to CSV file issue
Hello: Here is the senario: I am using BCP in a batch file and leverages a format file. The file is processed correctly except when the csv file is left untouched post batch file processing. The last record in the file is not processed, mind you the uploader is expecting a carriage return/enter key after the last data record. When i manually open the csv file delete the carriage return created by the bcp and replace it by hitting the enter key. The file will process all rows. Mystery budget numbers
I have recently set up a new budget in Money. In the new budget, two line item show up with incorrect numbers. I have bill payment setup for my car insurance, and my renter's insurance. These bills create autmoatic line items. However, in the budget report, the "budgeted amount" for both of these items show up four time their original amounts. Duplicate budget entry but missing bill
Hi all, I've got a problem in MS Money 2004 where there appears to be a rogue, ie. missing bill payment that is not displayed in the bills and payments listing but IS included in the budget. I have trawled user groups and the MS knowledge base for fixes and the category move for all historical transactions does not work in my case. non budgeted items in budget
I created a budget and chose the option to "save remaining money toward savings goals" option for what to do with left over money each month (unbudgeted money). When I spend some of that unbudgeted money, say i buy a cd which isn't in my budget, it doesn't show up in my budget summary. Budget Balances in "Edit Budget" but not in "Budget Planner"

Scanner Issue?
I am using a Metrologic ms6720 on my registers, and they work great...then in the back office, I got an additional ms6720, so that when products come in and so forth I can look them up by scanning the barcode, but the office computer is not a register, it is the main computer though, with the database and the computer that the registers read from. Making Savings and Spending Budget in M07 act like Advance Budget
I discovered my M06 Deluxe data file had the slow problem related to budgets. Upon opening M06, I would wait 45 to 60 seconds while my CPU was pegged at 100% before I would try to do anything.
