Exchange 2003 SP2 and cluster
I am currently preparing the upgrade of our Exchange 2003 SP1 cluster
to SP2, and I have a small question regarding this KB article :
I want to apply the latest hotfixes after SP2 has been installed, but,
at point 11, it is specified that if I apply a hotfix, I have to skip
this step and go to point 12, otherwise, I have to execute another
command (Upgrade Exchange Virtual Server) from Cluster Administrator.
As I plan to apply hotfixes, I am surprised that in the rest of the
procedure, I do not see any mention to the Upgrade Exchange Virt...Add Lookup Fields to Entity
I need to add 4 "technical contact" fields (which would lookup the Contact
entity) to the CONTRACT form.
Is this possible? I've found it difficult to figure out what to do first.

Not possible. You cant have multiple lookups for the same entity.
You also cannot create new relationships between two system entitites.
This will work in 4.0
Not possible, Pezman. N:M relationships are not possible in 3.0 yet.
There is a alternative solution: a new entity to act as an N:M relationship.

You would never import a PST in the first place. Use a supported method for
data transfer instead. We post them here daily.
The most likely reasons you have no import function is that you either
haven't installed the importers and exporters or your Toolbar needs to be
configured to show them.

The Add-in is working in 2003 only the install file is not working.
Copy the xla file from a PC with 2002 to the PC with 2003
and it will work(use Tools>add-ins to browse to the file in Excel)

back Outlook calendar is deleting events from my calendar older than 2 months
(it's keeping recurring events). Auto Archive is not running. I synchronise

Here is a scenerio.
A client is buying 1lb of ham. It is put on a waxed paper then wrapped into
a white paper and then put into a shopping bag. The usage of shopping bag is
100% cases the usage of paper is only with certin categories of sales. Same

That is the nickname cache. Search and delete the .nk2 file. That's the
cache for nicknames (i.e., your manually entered e-mail addresses). If you
only want to delete some of them, highlight an entry and hit the delete key.

We've removed the old Exchange 5.5 server from our

Sure you "can", but the question is why?
If you want to create a new empty database, then you would dismount the
Mailbox store, then delete, move or rename the existing files. Next, simply
re-mount the Mailbox store and you will be presented with a message box
indicating that new blank databases will be created and do you want to

Our user and computer accounts are in an AD domain and our Exchange 5.5
Servers are in an NT domain with a two way trust to the AD user domain.
Intermittently, Outlook 2003 will prompt for a username and password for the
mailbox as though the trust is lost, though users are still able to access
file servers in the NT domain which proves that the trust is OK. I have used
AD Domains and Trusts to validate that the trust is fine both ways.
Most of the time, Outlook 2003 opens fine, but when the prompts start
appearing, it seems I need to restart the netlogon service on the AD domain
