Public Folder Replication problem #5
2000AD wi 2000 EXCH (latest SP). I just installed Exchange 2K3 to migrate
from 2K. Tried replicating the public folder, but nothing on the new server.
Follwed the instructions on MS to perform the replication, and setting up the
replication for the folders.
Problem is, is that the replication messages are being sent to the new
exchange, but they are not being rec'd, they are being queued on the old
server. I've checked the message tracking, and event viewer, but nothing
rec'd on the new server.
Then I checked the Routing group connector, and it's using an ISP smart
host...conditional number formats for y-axis labels
I have a chart that dynamically sets the upper and lower values and
increments based on a selected series using vba script. (Thanks to previous
posters and Jon Peltier for help with that!) I would now like to dynamically
set the number format for the tick mark labels.
For example, in one series, I may have labels of -1,000,000, -500,000, 0,
500,000, 1,000,000. In this case, I would like to format that as -1M, -.5M,
0, .5M, 1M. If I select a different series to be plotted in the same chart,
the gridlines may be -200,000, -100,000, 0, 100,000, 200,000. I would like
these to be format...Fundamental Problem With CDs
I must be doing something fundamentally wrong with the way I work with my CDs
in Money 2005, and I'd appreciate some advice.
I opened a one month CD a couple of years ago and I have just let the bank
renew it automatically. When I enter the renewal information from the bank,
Money requires me to "redeem" the CD, then "buy" a new CD. This is
counter-intuitive since the bank uses the same account number. For example, I
have to "redeem" CD Account 123 and "buy" a new CD Account 123 #2. Then a
month later I "redeem" CD Account 123 #2 and...Outlook 2003 Address Book and PST Problems
My Outlook 2003 is encountering the following problems:
When I load Outlook I get this message:
"Cannot start the reminder service. Unable to show reminders. The
Reminders folder could not be found. Another application closed while
using your Personal Folders file
c:\users\name\appdata\local\microsoft\outlook\outlook.pst. To prevent
further damage to your Personal Folders file, it will not be available
until you close all applications using it."
I also get this message when it tries to send and receive:

I have several messages with one embedded attachment each (all created
within Outlook, not as described in Q218356). The weird thing is that
only some of these messages show the paper clip icon in the folder
view, but others don't.
I examined the properties of these messages, all having PR_HASATTACH
set to 1, and PR_ATTACH_NUM set to 0. There is no apparent difference
between the messages either.
Does someone know the magic logic behind the paper clip icon?
are the attachments all the same type of file?

There was an update Friday evening that involved a quote server
change. I have seen a positive effect, but there is a negative one
that has popped up for some user. It appears that at most MMFs with

There are templates here, this is something you will have to do manually.
I try to install software using msi with mst. Software supplier told that I
must run msi two times. First for some options and secound for another (
language option ).

I have a form (single view) whose labels are all the same font (Times New
Roman, 8). When I open the form, the labels are consistent in appearance, but
as soon as I navigate to a different record, several of my labels turn
"extra-bold". That is, the text in them further darkens. It is a fairly
subtle, but definitely noticeable, change.
This is apparently happening with all new labels on the form. If I copy
another label that does not display this behavior & paste it anywhere on the
form, the copy displays this behavior.
If I change one of these labels to non-bold, then it...=IF problem
as a sort of beginner finaly using the =IF command and is working fine.

company, that when he clicks on any message to reply to
it, the cursor is at the "To" field instead of the body of
the message. So he starts typing and then realizes what

Sounds like you either ran out of room on your hard drive, or the DB
files are defined with a maximum file size. If you ran out of room on
the drive, then you will need to delete some files.

has buttons cmdNext (DoCmd.GoToRecord , , acNext) and cmdPrev. When I click
Next, say, the next record shows as expected and the subform updates as it

Mary Sa...Context Menu Problem
I have a right-mouse menu (context menu) with 2 sub-menus. I am creating
the sub-menus with the AppendMenu command and the parameter MF_POPUP.
The problem I am getting is when I mouse over the menu item it opens the
sub-menu. But when I move to the next menu item the new sub-menu opens but
the old sub-menu did not close properly. The text appears to have gone away
but the white rectangle did not go away.
Does anyone know if there is some command that will ensure this cleans up

I run XP PRO + SP3.
Over the years I bought three webcams but each time I move to a faster
Window operating system, my cams become obsolete as I can't get an update
of the drivers to the cam program.That's when I go buy the new one.

I just received my Quicken Premier 2010 and tried to convert. The conversion
went fairly well with some notable exceptions. Is there a place to document
problems with the folks doing the conversion? I'd love to see things worked
out in a bug fix before the start of next year.
Here are some things I noted:
1. There seems to be some check on symbols before a trade is brought over.
If it fails, the transaction(s) are dropped. However the security name does
wind up in Quicken (without symbol) in their security list. One must then
add the symbol after un-hiding the security. Then trades...Copying values from place to place

I have export several files from Lotus Notes to MS XP Excel files.
When the click print preview those files at Excel, the file is OK.
However, if the file is more then 1 page, the 1 st row will be repeated
on everypage after printing.
If I delete the 1 st row, then the 2 nd row will become the
1 st row and the print out is OK.
I try to clear all the format in the cell and then re-created
the format at excel file but when the file print out, it will
keep repeating the 1 st row again.

I have a Column Chart where I am charting values in column E. E2 contains
the results of =C2/D2, E3 contains the results of = C3/D3, etc. These values
are displayed above each of the columns in the chart.
What I need to do is also display the value contained in C2 below the column
repersenting the result of =c2/D2, I need the value in C3 below the column
representing the result of =C3/D3, and so on.
How can I get this accomplished?

ok, I did a search and couldn't find anything helpful.
I created a footer with the document name on the left and the page
number on the right. I added a top border too. Now, how can I hide
the footer on the page 1? You would think it'd be pretty simple.
Any help will be appreciated.
Oh, is there a code I can add that would automatically insert the name
of the document?
Check the box for "Different first page" on the Layout tab of Page Setup.
This will give you a separate First Page Footer that you can leave blank.
