Firstly Hi there folks...complete newbie to Excel here and in desperat
need of help in many matters...!!!
My biggest headache so far is trying to handle my data betwee
End of everyday I have a worksheet mailed over containing all th
details of deals that have been processed etc...
Alot of the data is the same day-2-day : Rep Name, Builder Name
Now I have a number of reps that I keep track of deals for in my are
alone, what I have been doing is opening the worksheet i receive ever
night and copying only the relevant entries (By rep name) and the

We have a very strange problem with Excel on 2 different computers in 2
Computer #1- Can ONLY open Excel fiels by double clicking on the actual
excel document, It then opens Excel and you can view the file... You can save
the document but you cannot do a SAVE AS...
Computer #2- Can do only the opposite.. YOU MUST open Excel first the do
File Open Document to view it. Double clickin on the actual document only
opens up Excel on an empty book!

That's a matter of how the program is designed & is in compliance with
Apple's OS X guidelines for software of its type. There's literally nothing
you can do in Word without having a file open. The new blank document is not

When I build the spreadsheet, my desire is to have two different cells
contain the same text (the name of a person). The screen looks correct as
does the print preview. When I call for the actual hard-copy print it, the
second cell always prints blank! If I make up a different, experimental name,

The timestamp on my outgoing messages were 3 hours off. I changed
the time zone on the system clock and got the correct time on my
outlook outgoing messages. However, after I "fixed" this, now all of
my outlook appointment times are off. That is, an appointment that
used to be 9:00 am is now 12:00. Is there an easy way to move all of

I need to print an e-mail message, but Windows Live Mail cuts the right side
of the message. Int doesn't make any difference if I print at Portrait or
Landscape orientation. I tried with different printers, including PDF
printers and Windows XPS Writer, with the same result. I loked for where to

Measure the spine (a spline is something completely different) so you know
how much room you have, create a text box that size, type in your label,
tweak it till you're satisfied with the results, print it. If you put a

Should I have 2 cat 5 cables runnning from the back of my computer to the
residential gateway. One for my broadband connection and one to network my
computer to the dmr's (cable boxes sitting on the TV"S) going also to the

I'm running XP (and all my other computers) in 600x800 screen
resolution because I have poor eyesite. I can not read that small
text without straining. But it seems most websites are now made for
1024x768 or larger. So now I have to keep scrolling left to right to

been able insert those cells at the end of the worksheet
but have been unable to figure out how to insert them
