How do i print page totals when printing?
I'm trying to print a report with running page totals. Page 1 subtotals to
100.00, so show 100.00 as subtotal for page 1. Page 2 totals 50.00, so show
150.00 as subtotal for page 2.

This has nothing to do with Publisher and everything to do with your printer
driver. I suggest you update it.
This problem only occurs with Publisher all other color printing is ok.
Checked with HP Cust/Serv, after running checks, they say it is Publiser

one of her .pub files, she starts to get error messages:

I think you are talking about Freeze Panes. Select cell A2, assuming you
have headers or whatever in A1, then click on Windows - Freeze Panes. Now
scroll down and you will see that row 1 stays visible at all times. Is this

i'm making a business-card sized document, with a small series of pictures.
the pictures look great on the document, even when i zoom in to 400%. but
when i print them, they are awful!!
i originally just put the pictures in the document straight from the digital
camera memory card and cropped them in publisher, but after the printing, i
opened them in photoshop elements, cropped them, and saved them as a new
file, in maximum quality file size.

When I insert my logo (.jpg) into my Outlook 2007 signature, it appears in a
very large size. When I go to re-size it smaller by dragging the handle
boxes around it, it will not re-size. I've tried right-clicking and double

While you should be able to resize the picture in Outlook itself, it is

RMS (so we can add labels to our Salad Paks) and none of these printers can
get the top margin right or get the full text field that shows in the Preview

happens that the paper size I need is *very* non-standard and quite
small. I could actually fill four small cards on one standard letter
size sheets. The fields I am exporting, for example, are: name, time,
date, category, race_type.

Excel doesn't have that option. You could record a macro in which you
print page one, add the header/footer, print the remaining pages, then
remove the header/footer.

When I print multiple copies of a worksheet or I print an
entire workbook that contains multiple worksheets, Excel
breaks the print job up into multiple print jobs of
(apparently) random size. This creates a problem for
instance, when printing 2 sided because the
printer "resets" after the first print job and the
subsequent print jobs do not carry the requested
attributes (2 sided, in this case). Has anyone experienced
