I had this problem once before but I cannot remember how I solved it except 
to say that it was just changing a setting.  I want to copy pictures from 
emails or web pages into Word.  I select the email or the picture and then 
paste it into Word.  All the text shows but wherever a picture should be, 
there is only a blank box.
