Can not turn Out of Office autoreply off
I was able to set up this feature before I left for vacation.
I have now returned and the option is no longer on the TOOLS drop down menu!
I can not find any information on how to disable it now.
Help greatly appreciated!

Is there a way of using the mail merge function in word to set up a three
column format of names and addresses. I need to do this without using the
"label" format - as I need it in word domument format in order to be able to
add and make changes in word. Thanks
You may want to look into storing your data in excel (already has nice columns
and rows) and using MSWord's builtin MailMerge to create the labels.

For some reason, some of my documents are automatically saving every 5
minutes which is a nuisance.
I don't know how to turn it off and my research on the net hasn't
helped. It says to select "Tools" then "Autosave" but I don't have
the "Autosave" option.
Any help would be appreciated.
Go to Tools>Add-ins and de-select the Autosave add-in if checked on.
Although you should have "AutoSave" on the Tools menu if it is running.
Maybe something else saving at 5 minute intervals?

No there is no option to permanently turn them off.
However, Crop Marks are only functional when you have the right conditions
for them. If you have your page size in Publisher and set to a smaller size

Both of the things you ask for are there in Outlook 2007. For earlier
versions you'd have to drag the flagged item to the Tasks folder to
auto-create a task item and you'd have to use a 3rd party addin to get

I have an excel spreadsheet with two columns, legal forename and preferred
forename. I ran a "exact" function so it would appear true if the two
surnames were the same or false if not.
There are 180 odd rows so I wanted to just copy and paste or drag the
"exact" formula instead of having to manually entering it for each row.
However whatever method I try the cells all display TRUE, if I then click
into one which I know should be false and click enter then it changes the
result to FALSE.
I don't want to have to do this for every row
