I am having a problem with the DRM license.  I upgrade it and then play audio 
books from the library and half way through the book it just stops playing 
and says I have to do an upgrade which is the rights.  I have spent many 
hours trying to do this.  I get it to work for a while and then it happens 
again.  I have gone back and change the name on the drm and reloaded it  but 
this time that is not working - why is this happening and what can I do to 
fix it permanently
