Google is your friend. A search for this error code showed this as the
first of many entries:
support.microsoft.com/kb/958055

This article may or may not be covering your problem. I. e. there are other
ways to get this code.

Sorry, CrystalBall© is out getting polished.

Please double-check that the Windows Update Agent 7.4.7600.226 is your
version.

Oh?

<cmd_output  OS="W7">
C:\>set /a c =0x64C
1612
C:\>net helpmsg %c%

The installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the
source exists and that you can access it.

</cmd_output>

BTW please try to include your details in the message body and not only the
Subject. Some readers' search tools differentiate between those two fields,
so if you only put your code in the Subject they would miss your thread when
searching on the body.

Good luck
