The WINCE6 has a catalog item called Video Over IP calling 
(SYSGEN_VOIP_VIDEO) which suppose to be supporting the Video Calling over IP 
and it uses RTC client APIS.
1.	Where can I get the Documentation regarding the Video Calling Over IP 
implementation
2.	Does the Video Calling over IP provide only the networking layer of it 
(just provide the way of routine the network packets), or it just have the 
method of binding Video & Audio Streams directly.
3.	What are the methods of communication mechanism which it provides (peer 
to peer communication or Multicast communication).
4.	Is there a way of binding Hardware Accelerators to the above streams?
