Hello,

Our company is developing a kiosk based on Windows CE 6.0. Recently we 
upgraded to R3 (installed R3  and its rollup package) and thereafter when 
running Internet Explorer Sample Browser on the device, get an error message 
stating : "Application iesample.exe encountered a serious error and must be 
shut down". This error message comes after successfully loading the browser 
and attempting to connect to any web page. 

THe platform we were running prior to R3 was R2 with the cumulative rollup 
package for ARMv4I for Dec 2008 installed. There were no issues on IE then. 

We experienced the same error occuring in Images built separately on two 
development machines with the R3 Plaform installed.


Would be grateful for your help.

the R3 works well on my device,maybe there is something you miss when 
install the updating !recommend you to restall the R3 .
