I can enter names into the bcc field but the message does not get sent to

What makes you believe that Jenny?

Do they stay in your Outbox?

If yes:
please copy and paste the unedited error message that WM provides.

If not:
Go to your sent items folder and select one of your messages, then press the 
Ctrl key + F3, the message headers will be displayed showing who it was sent 
to.
