Microsoft Office Outlook Cannot Open

I have open up to my problem on my computer, each time i want to start 
microsoft outlook it will tell me, connot start microsoft office outlook 
window. the set of folders cannot be opened. so pls help me out.




andy t your answer is helpful but how do get connected to account pop3, 
server: pop3 protocol; pop3, port 110, secure (SSL) pls can you just let me 
know if there is any way out of the problem?
